Q - are you saying that we should strap ourselves in and wear helmets on either type of scooter? If not a 3-wheel and not a 4-wheel, how many wheels do we need to be safe?
Try to find alternate means or lifestyles to promote sleep, as sleeping at the wheel is dangerous. You should stop becoming anxious and try to relax. Try to have a warm bath before sleeping. Have a glass of milk or read a book before trying to sleep. Condition yourself that you can relax and that you can sleep well.
Please consult your primary care physician if problem persists.
