My tops are a bit bigger..I am wheel chair bound . But i go out every day and walk with my legs ( In the wheel chair) 1 to 2 hours daily. my fiance is the cook..I tell him what to buy at the market..I have to look up more recipies..( 500 calorie) I have found some real good ones online..Thank you for your answer ..
