You should try to get up from your desk for a few minutes every couple hours and walk around, do some stretches, etc. You can do leg lifts in your chair, various arm exercises, etc. Try a google search for "chair exercises".

I had a Quinny Buzz for my 3rd child, I liked it, but will get one with 4 wheels this time round. Didn't like bumping up on kerbs with the one wheel at the front. I will also be looking for one with an umbrella fold as the others are very bulky in the car, especially when shopping! My question is, my son loves to stimulate his eye through spinning wheels and he also likes to walk very close to the walls and follows vertical lines with the corner of his eye. Dos this mean he is autistic. I am going to purchase a stroller this weekend and wanted to know what you ladies thought about the Quinny vs. the Bugaboo Cameleon. I know that both are incredibly expensive, but I had to replace my son's stroller 3 times in 3 years because I kept buying crappy stollers (I ended up spending $300 total). So, I decided to just splurge so that I can keep this one through the rest of my children.
