I certainly would get another PSA test in 6 months to determine the velocity of increase. A .4 increase in a year could be a sign of regrowth or it is a normal variation in testing error.
hi im trying to understand my emg results here it is left mediun motor nerve showed prolonged distal onset latency and decreased conduction velocity,peroneal nerve showed reduced amplitude, ulnar seg motor showed decreased amplitude, and decreased conduction velocity. the dorscutan anti sensory and left antebrach cut anti sensory nerve showed prolonged distal peak latency .
shouldn't mitral A velocity be lower than Mitral E velocity? They seem to be reversed from what I have read....this is abnormal?!

Hi, our son had an echocardiogram at less than 48 hrs old due to a murmur and it was found that he has a moderate VSD and small ASD. We are most concerned about the VSD. He will see a cardiologist next week. At this point we don't know the exact size but that is one of our questions. Right now we only spoke with pediatricians. He is 5 days old now.
The VSD peak velocity was 2 m/s and VSD peak gradient was 16 mmHg.
