Hello, I recently done a tattoo but before doing it I made a mistake by using a used disposable razor, I didn't noticed it until it was to late, I washed the razor before shaving and I didn't have any skin cuts or spilled blood by the razor but I'm worried. should I be worry or not ?

immediate use after the person used the razor, he cutted himself deep before with lots of blood on the razor, you use it immediately after and cutted yourself deep too. Practically, it is so low to be warranted for testing (especially if you did not notice any blood of the razor and you did not cut yourself during shaving). But, the issue here, if you wish not to test, can you put this out of your mind? It's not healthy to keep on thinking about this.

The barber removed old blade in the razor and put a new blade in front me. But I am sure the razor was not cleaned after the previous customer. Even if the blade was new what are the chances of me getting infected if the razor had some blood on it and may had contacted with any tiny abrasions on my skin. You need to replace your razor heads every so often. Or get a electric razor. This will shave you just as good as anything else.

Hello, Yesterday, I used an old razor I found at work in the tool kit area. I knew this razor was there for a year or so. I don't know if someone had used this razor or not, but it looked clean (no apparent blood). I then washed the razor under the faucet for a few second and proceeded in shaving. I cut myself shaving, like a razor burn with spotting blood. Should I be concerned of possible HIV transmission??????????????? Is testing needed?????????????????????
