when we get messages from medhelp to our personal emails, such as medhelp daily update, we click on it an then hope to be logged on. However, there isn't even a login option when we open that mail! I sggest there be a login option on the upper right, just like there is on medhelps home page, or whatever it is!! Thanks!

Hi, hbananas, I'm sorry you're having this problem. Does this happen when you enter your new password and then confirm it by entering it again? Or does it happen when you click the "Login & Password" link under Accounts & Settings? If you haven't done this already, it may help to clear your browser cache and try again. Can you tell us what browser you're using?

You can do it through your phone you have to go to www.medhelp.org and login.

The "login and Password" does NOT allow you to change your password - it simply takes you back to the login page!!! Every single time I want to use this site, I have to get a new password emailed to me b/c the stupid system in NOT set up properly to allow us to change the randomly generated temp passwords. PLEASE TELL US HOW TO CHANGE OUR PASSWORD!!!!!

t work, and you get taken to the login page, log in again, then go back to Account Settings and then Login and Password, and you should then see the page to change your password. Please let us know if that doesn't work.

Dear Medhelp, I dont know if someone suggested this already but it would be nice to have a last login date so we know if someone hasnt been on months or a year, theres no sense wasting time trying to get in touch with them. Please let me know if this could be possible in the future, Thanks!

I can enter my nickname and password, but instead of accepting them the site just re-loads the login page. I could login using the same device previously, this issue only surfaced in the past week or so. I tried deleting the history and casche of my phone's browser, but that didn't solve the problem. Also, I notice on the mobile site that line breaks (such as the one I created in this post to separate paragraphs) are removed from posts.

t like is now that they switched it up again, I have to RE-login every time I come to the site even though the site has my information stored. Like, if I were to go to google real quick and then I came back, I'd have to re-login. Annoying! I like the picture thing, too.

org press the 3 lines at the top right hand corner, press login, login, press the 3 lines again, go to full site, then on the left hand side under applications, press photos, on top right hand side click upload photo

I bookmark my trackers on my iPhone for quick access during psychiatrist visits, but every time I attempt to load up the bookmarks it takes me to the mobile login page instead of the full website with the (public) tracker. In order to access my tracker, I have to load up the full website every time and *then* access the bookmark, meaning pointless extra steps and wasted data usage on my plan loading two pages instead of just the one I want.

After having this app and using these forums my whole pregnancy now at 41+2 and going in for induction tonight, this stupid update wants me to login with Medhelp every other time I comment or post! And then it proceeds to tell me the first five times that my password or username is invalid UGH!!!

Hi there. Hope this goes through. Today, I logged in, but it did not "take." Tried it again and reached my account. Switched pages and found I was logged out. Logged in again (and left that box checked that says 'save login info', or something like that) to update a journal but when I hit "post", it logged me out and the "login" screen appeared again. I lost everything I typed for the update. Please help. I know Medhelp did maintenance this weekend.
