Avatar m tn I was dignosed with Raynaud's disease about four years ago. My feet were like ice cubes both winter and summer. My right leg was as cold. I wore leg warmers winter and summer. Errrrrr...and now, four years later, gone. Isn't it something how those vascular disorders disappear? I have no idea why. Just gone.
Avatar f tn I have had cold legs for years usually more in my left leg I have tried leg warmers, blankets wraped around that leg.
Avatar f tn Random question I know, but I'm wondering if any other mommies here have tried using home made therapeutic rice bags for nausea and pain relief? Also to help with sleeping... my boobs hurt so bad and It's causing in between my shoulder blades and my neck to also hurt. I have trouble sleeping, and I also cannot shake the terrible morning sickness... It's so bad I can barely eat anything. Some days I can't eat or drink anything at all.
Avatar f tn If u microwave breastmilk, u are basically cooking out all the good nutrients ur body carries to the baby. That's why bottle warmers take longer. They "safely" reach the correct temp.
Avatar f tn I think wipe warmers are pointless,I think bassinets are a waster because they will out grow them faster then a crib !
Avatar f tn Oh and is the baby bullet a good investment to have , and what about diaper warmers or, whipe warmers.
Avatar m tn Theoretically, the needles are supposed to go in a specific place in the areas where chi circulates, so it would seem the practitioner would have to see and feel the person to find the right place to put the needle -- can't do that through all that clothing. On the other hand, there probably is no such thing exactly as chi, it's something but we don't know what it is.
1442701 tn?1286383987 Ndobbins, I had cold legs for years even in the heat of summer. I wore leg warmers year round. I have no idea why but it has disappeared. Maybe from the Rebif? but it is gone.
Avatar f tn Personally i didnt like the bottle warmers as u have to wait for the warmer its self to warm up n then the bottle youd benefit so much more from just buying a cheap microwave for the bedroom its easier and quicker.
Avatar f tn The easiest way I found to warm a bottle up is to put it in a measuring cup with hot water rubbing over it and shake the bottle in the hot water while it's running the most time it takes to get to the perfect temperature is about 20 seconds :P
Avatar f tn per say just purely necessitys maybe no bottle warmers wipe warmers the least expensive but safe carseats and so on. I remember not using sooo many items from my baby shower years ago.
Avatar n tn Maternity close don't seem to last long at all and they seem to be a pocket breaker I would just buy bigger sizes to still have room to grow into .... But just about any retail store has maternity clothes I'm all about the budget I wear jeggings with a shirt to at least cover my butt jeggins are thicker then leggings and you can't see through or even leg warmers... Or thick leggings with a design on it that Walmart sells for 7.
Avatar f tn FTM Here, just overwhelmed with the bottle warmers and sterilizers, I bought Tommy Tipes bottles but I'm not sure if I should buy the same brand. Been looking on the internet for advice, but haven't made a choice. I prefer your help Mommys.
9771234 tn?1405793808 Nope never did anything particular with my son. No bottle warmers or wipe warmers. Just ran frozen breast milk under water. Uses filtered room temperature formula. Uses cold milk after he turned one.
Avatar f tn I am sorry you are uncomfortable with the chills. I haven't heard of anything to take but here is something's I did. A big sweater a blanket a heating pad pocket warmers. A hot bath or shower if you can. That's all I. Know of.

7038853 tn?1387400700 That's what I have been doing. I also bought some kid's leg warmers and put that on her leg. It disappeared very quickly.
8899539 tn?1409614490 Most mattresses are one size I think for baby beds. Some people like wipe warmers a diaper genie.
Avatar f tn I know my hubby can't get over my feet. Mine are cold even in the summer months. The worst is changing my 10 month old's diaper. Poor kid has to deal with mommy's cold hands. I did by a wipes warmer to warm the wipes so that makes up for my cold hands, lol. OK so this is crazy but I read on some website that they are looking into using the same creams that men use for increasing blood flow to maintain erections to increase blood flow to the feet and hands in Raynaud's patients.
Avatar f tn Not a necessity but my mum swears by wet wipe warmers. Diaper bin.
Avatar n tn =) I put him in a long sleeved onesie under his long sleeved shirt, and babylegs (leg warmers for babies) under his lined pants to keep him extra cozy warm. That did change the color in his lips back to pink, and his hands warmed up, however when I checked his feet and legs they did not change much. Molted color on the bottom portion of his legs, and cold purple feet still remained after 3 hours. Another thing, he is very tiny for his age...genetics...
