1262373 tn?1281543782 That is sort of what I was thinking - that it would be a waste to continue to take them. I mean if it only takes 7 pills then I could use it for 2 months at the cost of 1 you know. to k10 - I am sure it wasn't implant bleeding :(( I on day 5 of bleeding so I am sure it's a period.
Avatar f tn Brown discharge would most likely be a sign of implantation which typically takes roughly 5-12 days to occur. As K10 said, it does take your body a while to get back on track before there even able to get pregnant after being on birth control so I wouldnt worry too much, just try to keep better track of your monthly cycles. If you had sex around the middle of your cycle (day 14) if you have a 28 day cycle, then that was risky because that is when you were at your most fertile.
Avatar f tn Its nice to hear from people out there that has had a loss too that we can chat too throughout our next pregnancy. K10 Road the advise that you have given is so true and I do need to try and enjoy this pregnancy so thank you. When are you both due? I am due on the 24th Decemebr great timming right on Christmas I know but if it is meant to be it's meant to be. Hope to keep chatting to you both throughout the next 9 months and I really do appreciate your advices.

363110 tn?1340920419 Well at 16w I had an amnio to find out if the baby has my rare skin problem called EHK (epidermolytic Hyperkeratosis) which causes my body to make skin cells 300X faster than normal due to a missing gene and K10 mutation. My mom and grandma have it and I have a %50 chance of passing it on with each child I have. Well the result of the amnio was: YES our son does have EHK, but he also has Down Syndome. SO if any of you have any questions on it feel free to ask...
541150 tn?1306033843 I'm with K10...my headaches are blinding and paralyzing so my dr's prescribed me lortab to take with this pregnancy when they get bad. I had to take pain meds with my daughter too because of infrequent headaches but mostly because of kidney stones..and she turned out fine...I didn't take ANYTHING (even tylenol) after 34wks, despite the fact that I still had 3 kidney stones to pass....and it was agonizing, but worth it.
Avatar f tn Very well explained K10!
Avatar n tn I didn't say that if a generic is less expensive that its not worth trying. I've just said that personally I've run into difficulties with some generics. Actually some of the medications I take are in generic form. So it depends. Generics vary. I've had times where I took a generic version of a brand medication and it was fine and they replaced it with another generic that didn't work out.
Avatar f tn Last blood test had it back up in the lower third of the range. I take K10 daily. I find I feel better if I take it twice a day every other day or so. It stops water retention which I understand can also be a symptom of a thyroid malfunction?
