So this is a little graphic, sorry, but I need some help. I’m very overweight and my stomach hangs over my front. I’ve had issues with cysts underneath my belly for years now and go through periods of draining the pimples and cysts myself. Recently though they have gotten slightly worse and today I noticed the skin has turned yellow in some spots. Is this an infection? What should I do? I don’t have heath insurance so I would like to self treat if I can.

I'm a first time mom to baby boy Gage Marion Crossland! He was born on 2/6/2015 @ 11:03pm by emergency c section ...6# 4oz 19 inches long! Ok so.. Tuesday the 10th we were scheduled for a c section since he was breech so we decided Friday we would go out to dinner. During dinner I started having contractions about 10 mins apart (which I've had before) and kept an eye on them.
