Over several months Iwe did traction, (which helped aLOT), and my PT would
massage the small muscles that were causing such major
pain. We did different types exercises, specifically to loosen and relax these muscles.
It took some work, but not too much time before the headaches slowly subsided, along with the pain in my neck and and upper back.
Something for you to consider, and no matter what I hope you get those migraines under control. They will ruin your day.
