lunesta zombie

I have been on 80 mg. Of oxy for a year now n quit cold turkey Friday night. I had no idea what I was in for. The muscle spasms , migriane followed by vomiting. Can't sleep so tried. Final call some local abuse hotline. They were closed for mlk. Call my doc. On 4th day gave Xanax for a week and lunesta at night is this a bad idea? My wife.

What do I need to do to sleep more than two hours??? I am taking 6mg lunesta w/o any help. I cant be a zombie the next day either with my son and work responsabilities....Any help would be greatly appriciated...Your brother in HELL.

I would agree with ricart....if you are getting even a little natural sleep then your better off staying away from Lunesta....I will also add that one side effect experienced frequently...myself included....is a taste like sucking on a sock full of dirty pennies...eww!!!!

I want to get off the ambium /lunesta and occ. ativan. I need to know the best way to stop. My kids need me and I am incoherant and unble to work.... last night I didn't sleep after taking 3 ambium, valeran root and rx sleeptime,, finally, at about 6am I feel asleep after taking a lunesta (i know i shouldn't be mixing all this stuff) for about an hour. I should say that my doctor had me fill an order of 100 mg nuerontin last night. I took two in the even.

Hey all, so I got tired of not sleeping more than 4hrs a night after being off of Tramadol 42days and my Dr gave me Lunesta. I asked if it was addicting and he said yes but you won't buid up a tolerance to it... I would like to hear this though from someone that has taken this medication and has had to come off it... How hard was it? What where the wds like???ect.ect any info on this would be appreciated...Thank You. Jeffi.

The highest available dose of Lunesta is 3mg. Recently, thought is that Lunesta, Ambien, and others in this class are very similar to benzodiazepine drugs. But I haven't read much about addiction or withdrawl from these meds. Seems like insomnia would be a given, but you could try melatonin or valerian root to combat that. Good luck either way.

so when I was in the Er last night they gave me Lunesta a sleeping pill to help me sleep I'm 31 w 5 d n my mom told me its not safe...is it..I mean babys fine n stuff but the hospital wouldn't give it to me if it wasent ok right ?

It's 3 weeks since I've been having a pretty serious depression, including anxiety & sleeplessness. I was put on a new antidepressant LexiPro (15 days now), xanax as needed, which I only need to "take the edge off" when Im shaky, and Lunesta to sleep. This is the 2nd time I've used Lunesta.

Congratulations on day 11! Sleeping was an issue for me. Both before and after. I was taking lunesta. I stopped tho because it didn't help. Now I take a hot bath, drink my sleepy time tea, melatonin and valerian root. I don't take the valerian every night because I heard it can have wd symptoms too. I only slept 6 hours last night, but the night before I got 9 wonderful hours. Best sleep I've had in a while! It helps me to stay in a bedtime routine.

What about sleep aids during this should i avoid them over the counter stuff doesnt work for me though

I have tried Lunesta and it worked for a year and I am now on Xanax which I seem to have to take more and more of to sleep. What can I do?

Lunesta seems to work okay for me. I've only taken it three or four times (I only take it as needed and not on a nightly basis.) I was prescribed Klonopin for anxiety and sleep and she said to not take it with Lunesta (this is after I asked *her*, she didn't mention it until then.) The Klonopin seems to work as well as the Lunesta, BTW. Kevin, I've read that Lunesta and Ambien are the same "types" of sleep aids but that is all I know. I hope Ryan can clear this up for us.

I dont know why it is making me nausea. My doc then perscribed lunesta 3mg. Has anyone tried lunesta and experienced better sleep with it? I am afraid of trying lunesta because i dont want to feel so nausea again. I didn't take any sleep med last night...didnt have a very good sleep but still i feel nausea. I need something to help me sleep without causing nausea and to help me sleep like a baby throughout the night pleaseee.

Its just a name, yes its cannabilism but its being called "zombie" because of their.behavior, they are so.out of it not really knowing what's going on, showing absolutely no fear and the growling.

I have never felt quite so zombie like in my life and this is my third pregnancy. Anyone else going threw this? Any suggestions in how to get moving I have class and work today and would really rather not look like a zombie.

t know this med - and have had so many problems with sleep over the years. Without the help of meds, I would still be a zombie from no sleep, which as you know makes all MS problems worse. Are the long term reprecussions that bad? I'll have to read on it when I get the chance. I feel that if something gives you the ability to function - it's good. Otherwise, the downward spiral starts (at least for me). Hope others share their experiences too.

can i take lunesta with a natural sleep aid that has melatonin, valerian root, passionflower,chamomile, hops extract and 5-HTP?

i took 3 goodys pm and i have a 2mg lunesta....would it be a bad idea to take them together.
