Lunesta to get high

Common Questions and Answers about Lunesta to get high

lunesta

Avatar f tn There are PLENTY of nights I dont take it - especially on the weekend when I am not trying to force myself to go to sleep at a certain time. Ive forgotten to refill it and gone 2-3 days without it.. yeah, it was more difficult to sleep but I certainly didnt fee withdrawal. Ive always had insomnia issues, but when using (in the HIGH dosage days way back when) high amounts of opiates completely F'd my sleep cycle. Long story short.
Avatar f tn I've been taking VitB6-B12, mag, zinc, omega3 every day. I just don't know what else I can do to get me to not feel so tired all the time. Don't get me wrong I've had some good days but have had more bad days than good...

Avatar f tn It's 3 weeks since I've been having a pretty serious depression, including anxiety & sleeplessness. I was put on a new antidepressant LexiPro (15 days now), xanax as needed, which I only need to "take the edge off" when Im shaky, and Lunesta to sleep. This is the 2nd time I've used Lunesta.
Avatar n tn Do you have to be weaned off of Lunesta?
Avatar m tn I think the biggest side effect that you might have will be insomnia. I used to take Lunesta and when I stopped I didn't sleep for a week. On a positive note,,,COngrats on 20days!!!
Avatar m tn Max, I wanted to add that I will be going through withdrawal all over again to get off Zoplicone once I am strong enough. These sleep aids are as bad as opiates. They say they are not addictive because the clinical trial is only four weeks. Yet some studies have shown you can get addicted in only a week. If I were you I would give those little pills back.
1355301 tn?1287967641 t remember my dreams except when I get my period. When I get my period it is very difficult to control my blood sugar. Maybe when she ups my meds this coming month it will help. You may want to look into insulin resistance and see if it sounds like your symptoms. I suffer from fibromyalgia, reactive hypoglycemia, inflammation of the thyroid and insulin resistance.
Avatar f tn I've been having trouble with sleep (all started with my first pregnancy 4 1/2 years ago). I have two young boys now & the sleep loss accumulation is really starting to interfere with everything everyday. I'm determined to get to the bottom of it all & get back to my normal sleep patterns without having to take meds for it.
526311 tn?1229286330 okay so I've been clean from opiates for two days. Woohoo, right? But I've been taking a lot of ambien and lunesta that I had, sometimes enough to get high. SO they arn't my drug of choice but Im still technically using right? Its just really hard for me to C/T EVERYTHING. I don't know what to do. My boyfriend thinks I'm doing good just because I threw all the percs out. I feel so guilty...again.
Avatar n tn I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis/Hypothyroidism on May 22, 2008. I am being treated with the medication Levoxyl 112mcg right now. June the 19th I return to the doctor for blood work to test my thyroid. Since May 22, 2008 I am having problems sleeping. I have insomnia. First it started with me being able to go to sleep and later I would wake up around 5:00am in the morning every day. Then it got worse were now I can not sleep on my own at all.

Avatar n tn My doctor gave me Lunesta to sleep. I also tried Rozerem. Lunesta worked GREAT!!!!! The only side effect I had was strange taste in my mouth when it started to kick in. But I would fall asleep and STAY asleep for 7 to 8 hours. When I wake up, Im wide awke and feel rested. If not, after the first 3 nights of not sleeping I would have been in the hospital because I felt like I was going crazy. Rozerem did not work as fast at nite and I did wake up and was sleepy in the morning.
Avatar n tn If you want to stop taking the Xanax, you'll need to ask your doctor for a proper, and slow taper plan. You cannot just start cutting doses in half, and so forth. This is why a doctor should be the one giving the instructions, to minimize any withdrawal symptoms. You will most likely experience some rebound insomnia, so discuss other alternatives with your doctor for that as well. If I may ask, why do you want to stop taking the Xanax now?
Avatar m tn 1.25 is a bit high of a dose to jump, but doable. I found lunesta worked one night, then I had to wait a few nights to take it again. I rotated lunesta, melatonin, and St, John's Wart to keep my tolerance of any one down. Nothing seemed to help for days 5-14 or so, just had to read all night and stretch a lot. I never liked Soma, so no advice on that, accept use them sparingly. Your brain and body can only detox on subs stance at a time, so if you take nothing you will heal faster.
Avatar n tn I am a 21 yr old female who has been suffering from anxiety my whole life. For the past four months i have been in constant anxiety mode. I have tried every antideppressant possible all of them being to sensitive for me. I realize when i get a good sleep my anxiety is gone, but i havent been sleeping in months. Whenever i fall asleep i feel so anxius and wake right back up panicing.
Avatar n tn If you find that it is a problem after giving it a few days to get used to it, then talk to your doctor about reducing the dose. Like you said, she knows that you are a tiny person, so trust in her decision, and give it time to get used to it.
Avatar f tn s are of no benefit, and the sleep aids I have been prescribed have not been beneficial either because my tolerance to controlled substances is so high due to medicinal treatment for other chronic illnesses. Can anyone suggestion a sleep aid that has helped them achieve more than 1-1/2-2 hours of continuous sleep? I can't seem to get beyond stage I sleep and into REM (the restorative sleep that I so desperately need).
266660 tn?1189755834 Lunesta seems to work okay for me. I've only taken it three or four times (I only take it as needed and not on a nightly basis.) I was prescribed Klonopin for anxiety and sleep and she said to not take it with Lunesta (this is after I asked *her*, she didn't mention it until then.) The Klonopin seems to work as well as the Lunesta, BTW. Kevin, I've read that Lunesta and Ambien are the same "types" of sleep aids but that is all I know. I hope Ryan can clear this up for us.
Avatar m tn You should be able to take the zanax for a couple of weeks with no problem. Its more important right now to get beyond the oc's. You should be on the downhill side after five days or so...at least from the plain physical w/d's - have a plan for the mentals even if it is just reading through the forum. Just because you get past the physical issues does not mean that you are home free.
Avatar m tn my legs r raw from always moving n shaken I just want to sleep lunesta gave 4hrs. When I go back to work will I be the man I was over a year ago. Or sum mindless zombie?
Avatar f tn Hi, I've taken 6 mg lunesta, 8 mg ativan, zzzquil (benadryl with 10% alcohol). I also take Luvox and desipramine daily. Any chance this is too much? Really want to sleep but insomnia.
