lunesta sleep walking

But after a bed svt episode in december, i have been needing something stronger for my sleep anxiety. My doc also recommended me Lunesta but im too scared to try it, its 3mg. I think that might be a too high of a dose. Does anyone know what can help me sleep without anxiety? Has anyone else tried Lunesta for sleep anxiety. I have tried not sleeping with any med but end up staying up all night panicing even though i am super tired. Please help me get back to sleep so i can focus more on my life.

I'm having a slightly different problem. I'm exhausted by bedtime but when I sleep, I'm up after 4-5 hours. After that I just toss and turn in the bed all night. Then I end up having to take a 2-3 hour nap during the day. But even when I skip the nap, I still don't sleep well. I thought it was just because I worked 3rd shift for years but I don't know. I don't have any helpful suggestions though. Sorry.

It's 3 weeks since I've been having a pretty serious depression, including anxiety & sleeplessness. I was put on a new antidepressant LexiPro (15 days now), xanax as needed, which I only need to "take the edge off" when Im shaky, and Lunesta to sleep. This is the 2nd time I've used Lunesta.

i ask my doctor wat i could take to make me sleep since im only get 3 hrs of sleep and she told me not to take sleeping pill. she recommended benadryl (not spelled right).

Which sleep aid is less addicting and less toxic, ambien or lunesta. I have heard ambien is hard on your liver.

Hello! I used to take Lunesta and I didn't care for it. I had a bad taste in my mouth 24/7 from it and found that I just didn't sleep as well. Now I take Ambien every night. There is a 5mg dose and a 10mg dose. Years ago I was on the 5mg dose and I found out I WAS doing stuff at night (at least once) without realizing it, but it was nothing dangerous. A few weeks after that episode, I woke up still feeling the effects of the drug which I describe as being drunk.

The highest available dose of Lunesta is 3mg. Recently, thought is that Lunesta, Ambien, and others in this class are very similar to benzodiazepine drugs. But I haven't read much about addiction or withdrawl from these meds. Seems like insomnia would be a given, but you could try melatonin or valerian root to combat that. Good luck either way.

ll add a new category of treatments called anti-depressants to the sleep tracker in the near future. Zopiclone is actually the generic name for Lunesta, so go ahead and use Lunesta (already in the tracker) to track usage of Zopiclone. We'll let you know when anti-depressants are available to track.

NyQuil has a new sleep aid out called Zzzzquill! That seems to work pretty good for me. It's liquid and is absorbed better, at least for me. You might try it! Try not to stress!

i started 2 weeks ago, cutting myself down, then last week really cut back and took my last one this past sunday evening...i am so miserable, i MAYBE sleep for 2 hours then am up and walking around trying to get my severe restless legs to settle, my arms even get the restless twitches/shock wave. i can't do this anymore. tonight has been the worst, i haven't slept at all...what the heck can i do? am i just about thru the withdrawal phase?

If you have insomnia, try magnesium (in chelated form such as citrate or glycinate) before you go to sleep. If you have kidney disease or severe heart disease you should take magnesium only under a doctor's supervision. The risks of Ambien include sleep walking, confusion, "sleep-driving" while not fully awake with amnesia for the event, and risks of falls.

HI, I don't sleep well either. My neuro gave me some lunesta. He said that if I don't get enough sleep, things will just get worse. For about the past yeat, I have been taking 2 Benedril before bed. I worked fairly well. Sweet Dreams!

One of the main reasons I want to quit is I heard a doctor on a raido talk show talk about how sleep aids like Lunesta or Ambien are good for very very short term, but its not real sleep and your not getting the proper cycle and the proper rest period on them. May be the reason Im so tired all the time. Doc doesnt seem overly concerned with my using it or stopping it.

Has anyone tried lunesta and experienced better sleep with it? I am afraid of trying lunesta because i dont want to feel so nausea again. I didn't take any sleep med last night...didnt have a very good sleep but still i feel nausea. I need something to help me sleep without causing nausea and to help me sleep like a baby throughout the night pleaseee.

The Lexapro help greatly in the diminishing the GAD but I just could not exist with 45 minutes of sleep a night. I was taking Lunesta 3mg prior to the Lexapro for 1 1/2 years. With the Lexapro, the Lunesta was ineffective. The MD put me on 15mg of Remeron with the Lunesta and this really helped.

A cocktail of 10 mg of belsomra and 1 mg of lunesta will allow you to sleep again. Should that not work then add 1 mg of lunesta. Finally, you can do 25mg of belsomra and 3 mg of lunesta... for those with lupis wgo can never sleep. One could also at this point aleep whenever tired; like during the day without drugs. But then youd likely be done for the day; vut you did without medicating for one say. At this point your body is severly messed up and you cant work: so anytime is good.

) I was prescribed Klonopin for anxiety and sleep and she said to not take it with Lunesta (this is after I asked *her*, she didn't mention it until then.) could someone please tell me how to get to sleep without taking serax, hydros, soma, benedryl all together I am a walking medicine chest, help me, but I need my sleep. how to start to go off all this stuff and still sleep and feel good the next day?

I remember taking them when I was taking like6-8mg of xanax a day and I quit and took the trazadone to help w/sleep cause benzo w/d is rough and sleep doesnt come easy.Well to my surprise it helped a lot with not feeling like I was gonna jump out of my skin.The only thing is for me((maybe cause I needed it so badly)I slept9+hours the1st few times I took it).

my legs r raw from always moving n shaken I just want to sleep lunesta gave 4hrs. When I go back to work will I be the man I was over a year ago. Or sum mindless zombie?

Have had no RLS for the last 2 evenings but still had to use a Lunesta to get to sleep the last 2 days.... Going to try some Melatonine and see it that will get me to sleep.... Me no likey using prescription drugs no more!!!!! Let's hope it will work!!!! Hey, at least I haven't used any benzos for 2 days.... Been trying to walk and swim to battle the lack of energy thing but still have no energy.... It helps just a little but not much!!!!

I did try to research Lunesta and Addrell together, not finding anything on those 2 together. The info I find on long term Lunesta use states if the person does not have prior drug abuse (I've never had this issue) there was reason to be concerned. I was not having any side effects from them at all. Question- has anyone else had problems with Lunesta and Adderall?

You think you are not going to sleep without it so you go ahead and take it every night. I tried lunesta but couldn't get past the taste. It stayed with me all night. I also take ambein . It helps with irritability.
