lunesta and bad taste in mouth

For the last fev days, ever since we are using humidifier I have a metallic taste in my mouth; the strongest is always in the morning; my husband just turn on house humidifier and I wonder if this is just coincident, or it does have something to do with the humidifier... furnice, and humidifier are working more during the night, that would explain, but is so strange... anybody has any idea?

I took lunesta myself, and it also gave me a horrible taste in my mouth, but that's one of the side effects of the lunesta. my husband took it b4 & he didnt have the bad taste, but i sure did! it was ughhh, but i fell asleep shortly after!!!

A friend gave me lunesta once i started hallucinating from insomnia. I never to it regularly. I would wait until I started feeling wacky from lack of sleep, then when I couldn't handle it, I would take one. It helped me sleep about 6hrs, but that was a lot after sleeping 7 hrs a weeks. My sleep is still messed up after 200 and something days, but I get two blocks of 3-4 hrs now, and am able to function.

I get that nasty metallic taste in my mouth also. I asked my doctors and they said that it was because of my Sjogren's. I didn't believe that because I get it when my other Sjogren symptoms are totally under control so I asked the dentist and he said it is because I grind my teeth when I am stressed.

I never tried remeron, but ambien was horrible and so was resterol the taste of the lunesta that it leaves in your mouth is horrible so there is no easy answer but I did find the ativan did help for a while and I still take it with the lunesta and I agree if I get a good nights sleep the next day is much better.

I have noticed that right after and for a day or two after the shot, I get a nasty coated tongue and throat that tastes horrible, but is usually gone in a couple days. I'm on triple w/ incivek. I thought it might be the lunesta, since I only take it on shot night.

Lunesta. Feeling. Stomach upset, weird taste in mouth and gut issues. Pain from CRPS HAS RETURNED SINCE I DONT TAKE MY PAIN MANAGEMENT MEDS TOGETHER.

I had an iron taste in my mouth sometimes and I would have something sweet....or I would brush my teeth and rinse with listerine.

I wasn't entirely sure where to post this so forgive me if I made a mistake. Anyway for several months now I've been noticing that when I happen to stick my tongue out for any reason there is a bad taste in my mouth. It isn't causing bad breath (at least I don't think so) and it does happen when my tongue isn't out, but only occasionally and it's less intense of a taste. It also seems to come and go, as sometimes it seems completely gone for a few days and then returns.

I'll be 16 weeks on friday and i keep waking up with a really bad taste in my mouth which is making me sick. It ruining my ability to eat or drink anything. Its got to stage im in pain all the time because i.cant manage to eat :( ive had severe sickness with last pregnancy all way through from 4 weeks+. I also had preclampsia aswell, but i.cant remember symptoms can someone refresh my memory? Could the bad taste and sickness be to.do with preclampsia? Please help someone!

Im 9 weeks along and been having this nasty taste in my mouth after i eat no matter what i do doesnt go away. The worst thing its nasty and it makes me wanna throw up..even at night it wakes me up and as soon as i taste the nasty saliva it run to the bathroom. Im done sour limon candy, limon with salt cracker. Brushing my teeth constantly and using mouthwash but it only last a good 5 mins at most and then its back.

Since starting i have noticed that i wake up with dry mouth and when i eat everything has no taste and i have the same taste or feeling in my mouth no matter what i eat. I asked the nurses and they tell me they have never heard of that and its not the methadone. Am i imagining this or has anyone else had this issue? Also my teeth hurt and i noticed that they are wearing flat on the top, Is this all a side effect of the drug?

I am 9 weeks pregnant and almost constantly have a terrible taste in my mouth. Everything I eat or drink has a bad aftertaste and water and teethbrushing don't help it at all. Any suggestions or does anyone know if this will go away further in my pregnancy???

Hi my name is Taylor and about a week ago i started having a bad taste in my mouth. It was really weird because i brush my teeth and floss everyday. When i started flossing one day in the back of my left top side of my mouth this horrible taste in my mouth kept coming up. I smelled the dental floss and I nearly threw up. I feel sick to my stomach. Iv'e tried brushing more on that side and using mouth wash but that taste wont go away. I don't even want to eat because it is so bad.

I have a simular problem. I have a bad taste in the mouth and at times, I burp up a mouth full of saliva. It's the strangest thing. If I press down on my throat or chest I burp a very strange sound. Its like a very deep burp that comes up with little effort to no effort at all, just a gentle push on my chest or the side of my throat brings it up.

Months ago I lost mine. And the only taste I do have is a metalic taste in my mouth. I have no dental issues or acid reflux. I mentioned this to my doc and she said could be side affect from the Cymbalta. Anyone heard of this or experienced it?

Hi recently developed a strange taste in my mouth. The taste is bad and it makes me feel like i didn't brush my teeth even after i spend at least 5 minutes brushing them. Recently i have developed a infection to the left side of the base of my tongue.I look like small bums and it burns. I think it is inflamed. Could this infection cause the taste in my mouth? How could i solve this problem ?

Lol.yea its like a metaluc taste in your mouth. Its the hormones and i dnt think u can do anything about it lol ..

Not sure about the feeling full but with my first pregnancy I always had a nasty taste in my mouth and it turned out to be the prenatal vitamins I switched Brands and it got better but it never went away apparently it's completely normal

Hi girls! I'm 11 weeks. I've had this horrible taste in my mouth the past couple weeks. It tastes almost salty or like blood (eww, I know)! Any one else experiencing this? I read online it could be related to hormones? It's just so bad. It keeps me up at night! Help!
