Lump on vas deferens

Common Questions and Answers about Lump on vas deferens

lump

I have a lump on my upper Vas Deferens, I thought maybe it might have been an enlarged lymph node. The only way I discovered it was that it woke me up from a sound sleep with severe pain. I started to feel just above my groin area where the pain was and felt the lump.
I have recently noticed my boyfriend seems to have a small lump on what seems to be the Vas Deferens. He isnt someone who will easily go to the doctors and doesnt think it could be anything, he assumes im over reacting. I worry that it could be something major. I found the lump by pushing upward on his right testicle it appeared on the upper back part of the testicle. It is very small and just seems outta place and I havent noticed it before.
I'm a 52 yr old male, had vasectomy about 2.75 yr's ago and one of my vas deferens is attached to my scrotum wall, at the same site where my Dr. had performed the vasectomy procedure. I had somewhat of a tough time after my surgery with lumps in my scrotum. One of the lumps seemed to be getting big and moving up the scrotum wall towards the base of my penis.
one year after vasectomy I have an enlarging lump on right vas deferens This discussion is related to Post Vasectomy Lump.
I've noticed that once every few days I get a swollen vas deferens on my right testical - usually after ejaculation. In an hour or two, this will subside, however I then am left with a sore right testical. In a few hours, this also subsides. I'm not sure what to make of it all. Should I be worried? Additional possibly relevant information - I had a hemmeroid a few months ago, which, when treated, went away.
post vasectomy lump on right vas deferens
Hi, For about 3-5 years now I have had a very large lump on my Left testicle. It is above the testicle and like the vas deferens has swollen to about 1/4 centimeter thick. it can vary sometimes and sometimes it might be like stringy. When it is thick, measuring from the top of the testicle to the top of the mass is about 1 inch or so. It has always been painless every since i got it and i dont know what to do...
While I was trying to do that, I experienced a sudden sharp pain in what appears to be my right vas deferens (I'm not really sure, it's just based from internet image search). From then on until now, the pain has been re-occuring once in awhile and the level of pain varies but it's in the same position (right side). By the way, I don't think I feel any lump or pain when I try to touch it. Do you have any idea what could be causing this and how could I treat it? Thanks a lot.
This morning he woke up and had a large lump near his vas deferens and then later in the day another on the other side. He has had lots of pain. He doesnt have any bruising or fever, and he isnt visibly swollen.... just lots of pain and large lumps! He is about to have a nervous break down, mainly because he did this to himself, in hopes it would improve our sex life.... and now feels like he will never have sex again!!! OMG!!
Hi, I'm an 18 year old college student, and a few days ago I noticed something that's beginning to worry me. I've noticed a small lump, comparable to the size of a small pea on my scrotum above my right testicle. My first thought, of course, was cancer, but my question is, does testicular cancer form in the testes, or can it form on the scrotum, and does this sound to you like it could be cancerous?

I have now developed a stiffness in the Urethra and what feels like a small lump about 1 inch from the tip.. My penis is also sore on the right side sometimes but not always. Several times after sex with my wife I have noticed the skin to be red and sore. When I achieve an erection either voluntary(I have to use Viagra ) or involuntarily of a night or morning the pain in the top half of my penis is very sore.
Is i.st the Vas deferens / spermatic cord??
Look just had a quick at side effects and found this,There is a tiny chance of developing sperm granuloma -- a hard, sometimes painful pea-sized lump due to the sperm leaking out from the open-ended vas deferens. The lump is not dangerous, rarely symptomatic and is almost always resolved by the body in time. Hope this helps.
I am a 21 year old solider in the UK - and recently whilst in the shower, I noticed a small hard lump on the tip of my left testi. By 'tip' I mean just next to the area where the Vas Defferance (I apologise for the terrible spelling!) joins to the testicle itself. There is no pain associated with the lump! I have made an apointment to see a doctor, but that will be over a week away - so I am looking for some reassurance.....I dont fancy losing a ball :( Is this sort of thing common?
Alright, so I'm a 15 year old male, and I'm extremely worried about my condition. Initially, a while back, I noticed a small lump on my right testicle. Then just recently, I noticed that my right testicle is now swollen, and has gotten a little bigger than my left one. And then noticing a large vein. I think it's my right vas deferens and I'm not sure, but I was worried because it might be some kind of fatal disease and as a 15 year old boy, I can't tell my parents.
Im 15 and a soccer player, i have a lump on the left vas deferens, and its about the size of a golf ball. its been there for like at least a year or two with no changes. No family history of cancers. i ejaculate offtenly, at least once a day.
I am pretty much back to normal except that I have a large hard lump over my right testicle. It kind feels like the vas deferens may be swollen on that side. I have three questions. First, when the vas deferense is cut and cauterized, are both the sides of the separation cauterized? Second, is it possible that the vas deferense below the separation has become clogged and that is causing the swolling? Lastly, is this something I should visit the doctor about?
That's where the vas deferens coils up on top of the testicle. It's where sperm cells are stored while they mature. You should feel one on each side. If you search "epididymis" on the internet you'll find drawings that show you. If the lump is hard, it could be something else that needs to be checked by your doctor.
I've noticed that my left testicle hangs lower in the scrotum, more so when it is warm and loose. Above the left testicle, not on it but connecting, there is a lump that sticks out through the skin. Is it the epididymis, something wrong with the epididymis, or possibly something else? My other testicle is held in the scrotum much more firmly and higher up and nothing above it pokes out. This bump may have gotten bigger... Help please.
I'm not sure if its enlarged or normal but the vas deferens with other veins, are enlarged and i can feel them. On my right teste there is a lump. And, I have a enlarged/swollen lymph node above crotch area, side of neck, and behind ear. What could be the problem? Also, what is considered an enlarged lymph node? Very scared, please help.
Try reading up on this Epididymitis is swelling (inflammation) of the epididymis, the tube that connects the testicle with the vas deferens. Epididymitis is not always STD related. Epididymitis may begin with a low-grade fever, chills, and a heavy sensation in the testicle. The testicle becomes more and more sensitive to pressure.
I confess that I was more active than prescribed on days 3 and 4 post procedure and experienced some scrotal swelling and a heaviness of the testes on days 4-7. My question is in regards to the severed ends of each vas deferens. I confess that I failed to ask the amount of vas that was removed and what type of suture my Urologist used.
Also** Relative to me, there seems to be 1 lump on the front/top of each of my testicles (infront of where the vas deferens connects to the testicle), as well as a squishy mass behinde it on each testicle... is this the epididymis of each testicle or is it an irregularity?
has formed on top of my right testicle, which even today has not altered shape or roughness,I did not mention this to him thinking that if it is irregular he would notice anyway, it is still just as rough as when I first noticed it. Could this be a cyst? Also, I have noticed that my vas deferens is larger/thicker on the right side now than on the left. I am planning on going to the doctor on monday as thats when they are open. How severe could my case be?
