It could just be where would belly button is stretching. Mine was like that too.

Before I go on I must say that it is NOT a part of the baby sticking out - my OB has confirmed this. When I initially asked my OB about it it was near my belly button and he told me it was most likely scar tissue. But since getting further in my pregnancy (I am now 34.4 days) it is getting more prominant. If the baby is pushing up against the front of my stomach it really pushes this fibroid / lump out and it becomes very obvious.

I'm a 25 yr old male. In the middle of my upper abdomen, I can feel a hard lump under my skin. Its about 6-7 in. above my belly button and about 2-3 in. below my chest. I'm not sure if its a lump or bone. If I'm sitting down, I feel nothing and nothing feels out of place. If I'm standing up, I can kind of feel the lump and nothing feels out of place. If my laying on my back, I can feel it. My energy levels have been normal. My appetite is still nowhere near what it was before.

I have a friend who has a lump in their belly button. I think I recall it being reddish brown, but apparently it does not hurt, does not ooze, or really do much at all, except get irritated if she plays with it but nothing extreme ("Like if a kid keeps pulling your ear lobes all day"). They admit their hygene wasn't always the best, though they don't remember ever being without it. Is it anything to be concerned with? Could it just be some fungus?

mine is a more direct pain on a small lump beside another smaller lump to the left above my belly button and below my ribs, closer to belly button. the size of the bigger one is like a peach pit maybe. it seems to hurt more at night and I can't feel it standing up.

Not everyone's belly button pops out. It could just be from stretching, or you could have a herniated navel. Talk to your doctor about it.

They are pretty good at feeling bub.y midwife feels bum and legs. I have a big round hard lump on right of belly button which is the bum. It does feel really hard. Legs are wrapped around and sit on other side of belly button. My bub is 2/5 I'm pelvis. Not sure if that helps or not. Everyone can make mistakes but hopefully they know the difference between a bum and a head.

I wasn't sure where to put this, but since my belly button is near my stomach, I thought it would be good to put this here. For the last several years (I have no idea when this started, I just began noticing it), I have had yellow, crusty discharge coming from my belly button. It is not continuous, but rather comes and goes every week or so.

I'm 37+6 weeks and my belly button hasn't popped out. I also had surgery on my belly button at ten years old because of a hernia. So I kinda guessed it didn't pop out because of that.
