Hello, I wrote in a question recently about a hard pea sized lump on top of my foot. I appreciate the answers I received and now I have another one. The lump is hard like bone and is not painful. It is located on the outside edge between my little toe and ankle. It may have been there awhile and I have just noticed it or it could be a new occurance. I went to my family physician today and he ordered an x-ray. The lump also does not move. The x-ray did not show anything.
When I lie down on my right side at night i can feel a large lump in my jugular vein on the right side of my neck. I looked at it with a mirror whilst lying down and it is very noticeable that there is a lump sticking out of the vein. However, the lump disappears when I stand up or am sitting down and there is no lump on the other side. Does anyone having ideas what this lump could be?
recently I have been getting a larger lump swelling on the inside of my left ankle. The pain is now creeping up my leg to the knee. I have had a tarsal tunnel release surgery on that spot 3 years ago with great result until now. I also had nerve release on left leg near knee on outside of leg. It swells more and more each day and by evening is the size of an orange on the inside of ankle--right side is normal, outside of ankle is normal but left foot pain is getting worse.
About 2 weeks ago I noticed a sort of lump on my penis. The lump is just under the head of my penis on the shaft. The lump is only visible when I am erect and my foreskin is pulled back. It is not noticeable any other time. It looks like a vein which has became hardened. I have no pain coming from it. I have only had sex with my girlfriend and nobody else so I do not believe it to be any sort of STD. Thanks for any help.
Hi i was wondering if anyone can help me, I have had a lump in my lower left leg for 2 years now every now and then it swells up and gives me pain its in the left leg and its about 3 inches above the ankle in a straight line it gets really painful gives me pain in the the bottom of the foot and in the ankle and also this might sound strange but it sometimes feels as if someone is dripping cold water down my leg, does anyone know what this could be.

I looked down and it had a swollen quarter sized lump on my knee cap (picture attached). It was warm to touch and it hurt to bend my knee too much. I thought it could have been an allergic reaction, but neighbor thought it was a blood vessel/vein that might have ruptured/popped (don’t know what the proper terminology is). The next day the whole knee cap area was bruised (lump had gone down). This happened Friday afternoon and I still have bruise today (Tuesday morning).
if you look at your penis from the top go straight to the botton of the shaft, at the top where the shaft meets your body and hair, right in the center if you push in and down, towards your anus, there is a very hard lump connected to a tube or vein. The lump is about the size of a pencil eraser and very hard. When soft I have no problems with it but when erect it is very painful...very much so if the penis is pulled downward. Most lumps in the groin are either cysts, hernias or swollen lymph nodes. Yours is black and red? That sounds like a vein. We also have these in that area. Saphena varix is caused by swelling of the saphenous vein that passes through your groin. That's my guess for what is going on. It's like a varicose vein. If it sticks around and bothers you, you can do Endovenous ablation to get rid of it. Show it to your doctor at your next physical.
hello I have a small lump on penile main vein in the middle of the shaft doesn't hurt or anything and feels like its in the vein I can move it side to side on the vein has a blue - purple color to it can see it more when its erect and some when its soft been there for few months
Sometimes the ultrasound picks up the nature of the lump or detects a lump missed by MRI. Also, it may be a clot in vein or artery. This would be picked up on a color dopplar. Please discuss with your doctor. Take care!

I'm having sharp pains in the bottom of my feet. Sometimes it's in the ball of my foot , in the middle and also the heels. I'm not sure what's going on but it hurts really bad and it comes and goes.
So I first noticed this sensitive bump / lump on my lower testicle the day fallowing unprotected sex. It resembles what has happened before with in-grown , shaved hair down there, but seems like something much more serious. If it is a cyst is it common to get one from unprotected sex? It's about the size of a bb and it's hard to the pinch, doesnt hurt but is uncomfortable. I don't have any health care, who can help tell me what this is?
Every since I was a kid I've had this vein on my penis shaft with a sort of lump to it but I am unable to remember how big it was as a child and now as an adult am unsure if it has grown. Sometimes it is extremely visible and other times its almost unnoticeable and I have no idea what affects this. Hi went to docs with a lump in my groin where groin meets top of leg are and my doc was 99% sure it was a femoral hernia so had to see specialist at my local hospital, he checked me over and wasn't sure it was a hernia at all and has sent me for an ultrasound scan.
The lump itself is soft and seems to fill up or vibrate when I feel it when walking and when i exert myself(lifting etc) it gives me occasional pain...
If it enlarges in size then there is a possibility of penile varicose vein or Mondor’s disease. In penile varicose vein, when you feel the vein, you will notice that it feels kind of lumpy, but not tender to touch. In Mondor’s disease, it is swelling of a vein under the skin of the penis which is caused by a blood clot and is due to superficial thrombophlebitis. It can happen due to circulatory system conditions as well. It is typically painless, but can be painful.
a few months ago i noticed a lump on my forehead. it isnt painful, actually it gets to be itchy at times. i haven't bumped my head or anything and the lump comes and goes. i would feel the lump grow around nightime but the next day its gone. however this time it looks like its been there for several days and i don't know why. what should i do?

You can check whether the appearance of the lump coincides with the location of the superficial vein of the penis and its branches. A lump that appears only during erection could most likely be a vein.
A lymphocele would persist even after detumescence and is precipitated by trauma such as that caused by vigorous sexual intercourse or masturbation.
As there are no other symptoms associated with the lump, it would not require any immediate medical attention.
Hi I am Matthew. I am a 13 year old boy living in the country side in England. Basicly I have this lump on my penis. I can't remember when it appeared. Anywho, it is more raised then a lump. It is blue and when I do not have an erection it is hard to find without pulling my foreskin back. However when I do have an erection it is cleary visible without pulling the foreskin back. It is located on the shaft near the top and to the right slightly. It is near a vein.

i am booked in to see the dr on tuesday i am gonna ask to be referal to see a urologist(i hope he will give me 1 what if he will not?) it does not look 2 bad when non erect kinda like a white letter E on the side its how hard the lump gets and the swelling.
I woke up this morning and noticed I have a lump on the mid lower part of my shaft on the under side of my penis and under the skin . It's a like lump that is hard and bigger at one part but hose skinny like a buldge up vein I'm 19 and very sexually active. I did have a pimple like thing close to that area and popped it and it pussed and now it's gone but I'm wondering what the lump is should I worry is it common??
t mention is the pain was dull, sharp or what part of the foot. If the pain is on the top of the foot, in the metatarsals, an arthritis etiology might be considered. Because you have the pain in other areas, I would suspect the problem may be vascular. The pain between the calf and shin plus the pain in the pelvic area points toward a vascular origin. If it were just the foot I might suggest a podiatrist, however you need a good general work-up.
I suddenly felt a burning pinch in my left foot. I had no shoe on at the time was sitting on couch watching TV. There is pain in the area, feels like my vein wants to blowout. I'm kinda scared but I don't have insurance and don't want to go to emergency if its not life threatening. How can I tell if it is a clot or an aneurysm. Should I elevate or massage the vein?
something like that I thought. Then I can feel a lump in the painful spot in upper thigh. Went to my GP and an off hours on call GP before hand. One said swollen lymph node maybe due to flu or maybe muscular probs. My GP set up ultra sound and blood test but doesn't think it's that bad. Previous health problems, warts on my bum. My dad had warts on his bottom and ended up with cancer (lymphoma) swollen lymph nodes everywhere. I now have an achey feeling in my testicles.
