So today i had my nine month check up and i once again brought it to my doctors attention that i had a large lump in my breast. For 3 months i had been told it was milk ducks preparing for baby but not one doctor actually checked it. Today i decided to pull my breast out and force her to atleast look at it. After she felt it she informed me that it was in fact a tumor that has grown over time.

The cause of breast fibroadenomas is unknown and these may involute in the postpartum period and after menopause. It is best that your cousin discuss the result with her attending physician for proper evaluation. Additional tests as mentioned also from the result may be done. Take care and best regards.

i found a hard painfull lump in my breast 2day.its in the side of my left breast and it feels like the lump is inside my breast.

Last week I felt a small lump on my bra line under my left breast. I'm 19 weeks pregnant and found a lump in my breast.. It's about the size of a bb and really hard had husband feel and he says he can feel it move a little but I can't it feels very fixed to one spot! Any other pregnant moms have this! I'm so scared!

Im 23 and I have a lump in my breast and its been there for over 3 years. Its been the same size but sometimes it seems like it shrinks.. It seems to be moveable and I only feel achy or dullness in the spot where the lump is or where it moves. Around when my period starts it seems to become worse but lessens when my period is over. The lump seems to have a ridge like texture I dont know can this be a cyst? Im scared to get it checked out (im a worry wart indeed) but i know i have too .

hey i am 19 yrs. old and have been observing a lump in my breast from atleast past 2-3 yrs. it is kind of stable in size and dos not pain at all.... Recently i have come across the facts of breast cancer and fibroadenoma. i am a bit reluctant to go for a checkup as it would cause anxiety at home...also through the info. about fibroadenoma i am positive that the lump is it....but still tell me..is there a possibility that i am suffering from cancer or even if it's a fibroadenoma..

I dont want to scare you but definately go get it checked out. I had a lump under my arm, got a breast exam which there was no BREAST lump felt. Less than a year later I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer. Yours is probably NOT cancer but just to be safe dont put it off as the lump under my arm was not hard either. Cancerous breast lumps are whats hard not armpit nodes. Good luck to you I know you are fine but just go to the doc and get some peace of mind.

Hi love138, I would get that lump in your breast checked as soon as possible by your family doctor. I had a lump a number of years ago which my doctor found through a routine examination. My doctor gave me a referral to a surgeon who specialized in breast cancer surgery. Luckily, my lump turned out to be a cyst. Time is of the essence. You need to make sure the lump is benign not malignant. Don't want to scare you, but these sort of things must be seen to quickly. I wish you well.

I had a lump in my breast, was seen the same day I found it and it was determined it was a fluid filled cyst that they drained. Turned out to be an infection. However, years later I didn't have a lump but calcium deposits that required a biopsy. Thank goodness, no cancer. But in both cases--- I had a doctor take things seriously and tell me their opinion. I am 8 1/2 months pregnant and noticed a small hard lump in my left breast about 2 months ago (underneath my areola towards the very bottom) it almost felt like a bb, firm, immobile, and was smooth shaped. The most obvious symptom in males would be a palpable or visible lump in the breast tissue. As a rule male breast cancer appears in the later years but anything is possible. If you have noticed a lump (no matter how small) please make an appointment with preferably a Breast Specialist for an exam and possible Mammogram. Regards ...

Hi. Thanks for the additional information. Since that lump is near your breast and has caused your breast size to change, I think it's significant enough to warrant a more thorough investigation. You may wish to have a breast ultrasound or a repeat mammography done, so you can be sure if that lump is anything serious.

Hi I am a 29yr old girl. I have had a lump in my breast for about a month which has not been that painful, but over the past day or so I have another lump appear next to it and is very sore. Hi i'm 21 years old overweight woman. I've been having a lump in my right armpit and it really hurts. The first time i found it was months ago and that time it burst and kinda gone but sometimes it would appear again in my armpit (but not on the same spot), sometimes in my left armpit. I've been using ichthyol cream and doesn't seem to make it all gone. as for my breasts, I never felt any pain on my breast or find a lump. should i be worried? thankyou so much.

I am 27 years old and have found a hard pea size lump in my right breast almost in my armpit area. It is painful and tender to the touch. Also I have had discharge from my nipples that is a yellow/green color, I had a child almost 2 years ago and don't know if it is possible that I may still be producing milk.
