So I am a 23 year old male. I noticed a lump behind my nipple about 3 weeks ago. It doesn't hurt at all. It is probably about 1.5 inches across. I went to the doctor today and he said I should get it checked out. I am getting a diagnostic mammogram and an ultrasound on Monday. (didn't even know guys could get mammograms) I have done a little research on male breast cancer. I am a bit worried because they say the lack of pain is one of the first symptoms.
I am a 50 year old male, I feel a hard lump behind my right nipple extending upwards above the nipple a little bit. Can men get breast cancer? If so, what's the difference from a cist compared to a cancerous lump? My lump doesn't hurt, but has a slight itch from time to time. i have schizophrenia and have recently started taking medication again after stopping for a few months. The doctor pescribed me 1mg risperidone and i have taken it for about 1 month. But for the past week i have had pain in my right breast ( i am a male thats a little overweight). The issueright now is very complex. I have right breast pain specifically near the nipple area but my main concern is i have a lump there.

I have been to see my doctor who, without any testing, referred me to a surgeon who wants to do a biopsy. Nether doctor provided any diagnoses or possible cause of the lump/pain. hello, about six months ago I found a small pea sized lump about one quarter inch below ny nipple. I went in and doc recommended an ultrasound. I had and ultrasound and a mammogram, and they told me they found nothing. The lump is the same size, but the last few days, I've been experiencing a little pain from time to time in that area. In less than a week i have had a small lump form under my nipple. It hurts whenever you touch it, and is no bigger than maybe a pea. I'm nervous about the idea of breast cancer in men, i am 20 yrs old and no one EVER in my family has had breast cancer.
