I noticed a small lump that comes and goes of lower right side throat close to near center just near the base of my collar bone. I see my pulse beating on it. It does not hurt. I have been coughing and some phlem.....like some kind of virus..of a cold.\ vegetarian. I am pretty good health otherwise. Never have smoked.

not long i noticed a swollen lymph near the place this lump was,the lump also vanished but the lymph node is still there,another lump appeared on the right side of my neck and the area close to that lump also swelled but not as big as the lymph node on the left side,now i have some tiny spots like rashes on my penis and a lump appeared at the left side of my leg in between the area close to my thigh and scrotum,white fluid come out of it,and since then being feeling pains there,am feeling pains

I just got back from seeing a doctor and after going over my blood result tests he believes a lot of my throat issues (raspy voice, achy feeling and/or lump feeling at the base of my throat) is due to an infection on my thyroid and once we clear that up I should be fine. My TSH levels were within normal but my T3 and T4 were high. He retested to make sure I don't have Graves and that came back negative.

6 months ago I started experiencing a slight pain in my lungs that has progessively become worse and has never left me. I wake up every morning with extreme tightness at the base of my throat down past my esophagus. When I walk for more than 5 minutes underneath my ribs and my back ache like crazy. The worst symptom is this lump in my throat, everytime I breathe there's a pulling sensation that seems to come from the esophagus.

He gave a prescription for antibiotics and i have completed the dose and i still feel the same pressure in my throat. About 3 years ago I noticed a hard mass at the base of my skull on the left side of my neck. Probably 1/2" large. I hadn't noticed it before. It wasn't painful, it was very hard, fixed, and circular shaped. I had my EMT father look at it, and he passed it off saying it just felt like I had an oddly shaped skull. So, I mostly forgot about it since it wasn't bothersome, and he didn't express concern. A year or so later, I noticed the same mass.

Afterwards I was pretty sore and stiff all over, but was fine after a few days, except for my wrist; I have had a small amount of pain in my wrist at the bottom of my thumb, where it meets the wrist on the palm side which I thought would eventually go away, but is still there now. It doesn't hurt much except when I move it in particular ways, e.g., if I bend my wrist forward the whole way, and even then the pain is not too much.

Now I have what feels like a canker sore on the right side of my throat at the base of my where my tongue hits when I swallow. I constantly feel pressure in the middle of my back and have recently started having heartburn terribly. I don't have wisdom teeth, but I have had a chronic sinus infection. I had my uvula removed almost 3 years ago. Any ideas?

In doing more research, those cyst do not typically appear at the front of her tongue. I am worried about this because my father has cancer in the base of his tongue cussed by HPV. Does anybody have any insight as to what this can be? I never noticed it until I got sick and it causes pain every time I stick my tongue out or try to eat.

Hello, I have had severe migraines for the past couple of years that have become more severe and frequent within the past year. I have recently noticed a large lump at the base of my skull next to my spine that feels about the size of a quarter. I've noticed that my migraine pain starts around the lump and goes behind my left eye. Could this be a knot or something more serious?

It was and still is only sensitive near the top. Then today, I felt a small lump at the top of the testicle, and felt the most severe pain when I pushed on it. It is a very small bump, almost like a pimple. The testicle isn't swollen or raised, the only symptom is this painful pimple-like bump. It's near where I believe the base of the epididymus is. I did some research, and the closest things I could find are epididymals cysts or cancer.

Hello, I am 15 and I am not sure how longs it been there but i have two bony like lumps at the top of my throat and they are about the side of an m&m I haven't been to the doctors and I found the same kind of thing in my brothers neck but his isn't as big so any help would be appreciated.

it was about 2 inches long and kind of bean shaped. At the base of it, it was softer but sore if i rubbed it and the top of it was harder but didn't hurt at all. It also was a little itchy. We had a big function at our church this weekend that we were very involved in so i couldn't get it checked out. Saturday it was maybe slightly worse and Sunday I thought the swelling was less.

I have nodules in the goiters on my thyroid. I feel a pressure at the base of my neck and feel like I have a slight lump in my throat. I have hypothyroidism but only require 25mcg of Levothroid. My dad died of c-cell derived medullary carcinoma. Should I have a biopsy?
