When I get out of the shower, I see a pink spot on the skin just above my upper lip, touching the lip line. It's approx. 2 cm long by 1/4th cm high. The skin there looks slightly different but I'm 62 and have had age spots burned off in my hairline, etc. I made the mistake of looking up bcc upper lip and am terrified.
I am female, never smoked, don't drink and have never had a cold sore or tested positive for HPV. I do not sunbathe but grew up in the south.
It is on the back of my scalp on the left side near my hairline - starting from the bottoms of my hair line to above my ear- all in my scalp.
I tried to look at the area if dryness and it's red with a white crust. Very itchy and burns at times.
The other day I was rubbing my neck and I felt a lump on the left side of my neck. The lump is movable and is not tender to the touch. It feels rubbery.
Now I google this and know I think I have cancer or tb.

I seem to have developed a small lump at the back of my head (about an inch above the hairline - probably it is called the end of the occipital). It is slightly painful also. Also I can feel it (I mean I can feel it there internally). Is it a gland or something more serious?
I am a bit scared.
Can someone help me out please?
I've had this small lump on the back of my head right on my hairline from the neck to my head. This lump has grown in size over the past couple days and today I squeezed it and some sort of fluid came out. It wasn't like a pimple kind of fluid, there seemed to be quite a bit of fluid. When I don't touch it, it still hurts and is a constant nuisance. I've also found smaller lumps on my head that don't seem to have fluid after I started wearing this new hat I brought.
For the last two months, I've had a hard lump along the upper hairline, that is about the size of a golf ball. Originally I thought nothing of it, thought it was just some fatty tissue or something as a result of scarring from c-section/tummy tuck, but those were both 8+ years ago.
Now it's becoming a little bothersome when pressing on it and possibly with intercourse.
The other day I was rubbing my neck and I felt a lump on the left side of my neck. The lump is movable and is not tender to the touch. It feels rubbery.
Now I google this and know I think I have cancer or tb. Then I think I make myself jaw other symptoms- i get very hot at night- I sweat but it's not a soaking sweat.
Other than that - I don't feel tires, I don't have a fever, and the weight I am losing is from my pregnancy- I still have an appetiate.

My girlfriend developed a relatively small lump on the back of her neck at the base of her skull just above her hairline about 3 inches from her right ear. It developed fairly recently. I am always rubbing her back and neck because she had been in a car accident a couple of years ago and experiences chronic back pain, and did not feel it until 2 days ago. It is not visible on the skin, is about the size of dime or nickel, and causes her pain if pressure is applied.
I just noticed a small lump ON the middle of my spine, on my neck about an inch below the hairline. Its the size of a marble, and not noticeable without palpating the area. Its painless, and moves very slightly only when I relax the muscles in my neck. Any suggestions on what this may be? Is there even lymph nodes near that spot? 24 yr old smoking male if that helps at all.
It can also be a localized collection of nerve and fibrous tissue called neurofibroma or it can be a localized contusion or a lipoma. Rarely the lump is a cancer, but any lump that has a change in texture, size, color etc or which becomes painful all of a sudden should be immediately shown to a doctor. Take care!

About 4-5 months ago i noticed a very small lump on the back of my nexk just under hairline, you just just hardly feel it, over time it grew to a size of a pea and stayed that way. a few weeks ago i called the doctor to get it checked out, i couldnt get in for 2 weeks. The day before my doctors appointment i woke up with a sore throat and around my lump had swollen all up, had a headache that went into my ear. and the lump was paiful all around it.

Report said, “hypoechoic structure measuring 1.9 x 1 x 1.4 cm within the scalp. It says possible lipoma but lymph node not entirely excluded”. Hi , im 20 years old , and i have these really random shooting neck pains that just start in my neck and shoot up into my head they only last for a minute or so but its excruciating , then my arms will kind of have an annoying sore pain, and ive recently developed this small lump on the back of my neck at my hairline. does anybody know what these can be from .. I dont know whether its worth the time to go to the doctors or anything.
Does that mean anything that they're above the hairline where hair obviously isn't growing?
I'm 15 years old, female,and found a lump on my neck not long ago. It's small and sort of firm, but not hard. It is located on the upper right side of the back of my neck, close to my hairline. There is noticable but not unbearable soreness if pressure is applied to it. It has been there for a while, but not exceeding two months. It seems to have gotten smaller since I found it. I haven't been experiencing any symptoms that worry me.
Hi I just noticed a small hard lump about three inches from the hairline on my neck and about three inches from my right ear. The lump does not move and is very painful to touch and sometimes causes headaches. I have only had it for about two days and haven't seen a change in size. I am in the middle of applying to a new health clinic so haven't been able to make an appt. The pain hasn't been so bad to go to the emergency room. Most of the pain is in the same area.
