lower back pain on both sides

So started a month ago where I would have pain on both sides of my ribs on the lower half of my rib under my diaphragm. The pain would be a consistent dully pain with contracting (of what feels like my muscles there). The pressure from the contracting would come and go through the "episode". The first few times up until the last time I happened I would get nauseous during it and I would throw up, the pain would away only if I was in a cold environment.

This pain came on suddenly around 6-8 weeks ago and at first was like pounding in the kidneys, now seems to be more to the right on waking and can barely roll over, it moves towards the hip area and is so so painful and is on both sides of the back below rib cage. My right ribs feel a little bruised. I am normally a very fit person with no back trouble and this is scaring me somewhat. Any help greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

about four days ago I notices some larger spots appear on both sides, two on the back of each thigh. They are very separated. behind knee, mid thigh & just below the buttocks One has just popped and has scabbed a bit I can only tell though by taking a photo and zooming in that this has happened. the others are dark reddish, not painful, I can only feel one when I pull my pants up. I work all day on a computer and was wondering if they could be ingrown hairs or something else?

I have pain in my lower back and sides that seems to be making me nauseous, my stomach is a little irritated as well which is making it worse. The pain is dull and constant, and is made worse by moving. I did take some Tylenol yesterday, but it was only 2 pills, this has been going on since yesterday but is a bit worse today. I was working Friday and yesterday and was standing on my feet most of the day.

My lower back hurts like crazy it hurts on both sides i cant sleep on either one of my sides .

Soo I am 7w4d and I'm having lower back pain. Could it be from doing too much or should I be concerned? Kuz in the past couple of days I've been rearranging my room and been on my feet almost all day..

I had 4 brain MRIs (1999 to 2003) to rule out acoustic neuroma and MS; they all showed "small scattered" nonspecific lesions, i.e., they could have been MS but could have been due to migraine, high blood pressure/cholesterol, etc. The radiologist wrote that there was "clearing" of some lesions and appearance of others, but one neurologist said this could be due to different "slices," and neither neurologist thought the MRI findings significant.

Im having very painful pains in my lower back not my spine area but on like my sides but not all the way to my sides. This part might be personal but for anyone who gets back pain or pressure pain before their period yu might kno what im tlkin about. im only at the most like 5 weeks pregnant, my aunt says it could be constipation... if anyone knows what it could be or how I could make it stop pleaseeeee tell me ...

Unfortunately pain on your sides and lower back pains is just a symptom of being pregnant trust me i have had 5 kids and good luck with baby #3

I'm 11 weeks and experiencing back pain. It almost feels like a cramp but it's only on the back left side of my lower back. I've been doing a lot of painting to get my new house ready, but has anyone else gotten pain like this? If so what have you done to relieve it?

This is when the back pain first started. The pain went away after about 2 weeks, and now is back again, along with the hip aches. The pain in my back usually goes away when I lay down, so I'm not sure what to make of it. I have occasional shoulder pain on both sides for nearly 7 years, I am nearly 45now. When the pain comes on I am unable to raise my arms past horizontal, sometimes less. There is some clicking when moving the shoulder joint even when there is no pain. There was once consideration that there was tendinitis. The reason for the recommendation to sleep on the left is to relieve pressure on your inferior vena cava which is the big vein that takes blood back to your heart from your lower body. Lying on your back also puts pressure on the IVC. I wake up often on my back! If your body feels you are impeding your blood flow in anyway it'll wake you up and you can reposition.

A little over a week ago i started having a dull pain in my lower back on both sides, And recently i have started urinating frequently to the point where i find it hard to slee. I have been to the doctors and had a urine sample taken they have ruled out a kidney or bladder infection. Would anyone have any ideas of whats going on.
