I'm 4 weeks pregnant, just found out yesterday, my son has had a 12 hour vomit bug but is fine now and my husband and I have woken thismorning with diarrhea. My lower back has been achey for a couple days, this is my 4th pregnancy and my very first was a M-C so I have 2 kids presently. I don't remember getting lower back ache with my 2 kids, not even with the m-c I had... could it be from picking up my son and straining my lower back or from the diarrhea or the pregnancy or all 3??

Ok I'm 40w and 3d. I'm having lower back pain like strong period cramps, but they come and go every 30 mins. And they have been happening since last night. But I haven't lost my mucus plug or my water hasn't broken. Jus pain. What should I do. Is this a sign or labor.

For the past three weeks, I have been having a dull pain in the lumbar area of my back. I also feel bloated, maybe, or slight pressure in my lower abdomen. (It reminds me of the feeling you get when you are about to begin your cycle- minus the cramping- it's not painful at all). It's like a feeling of heaviness or fluid retention. I am a nurse, and I am on my feet all night, and of course, I do not get enough sleep.

Of course! It still hurts allot especially in my lower back region :/ this is my first time being pregnant so I'm new to all this , I'm 18 and very nerves!

I carry low so my baby is on my sciatica or however you spell it. Which equals constant lower back, butt and the back of my right thigh pain. I've just been sitting on a heating pad that's on the lowest setting or trying to change positions. I plan on asking my OB the next time I go if creams like Bengay or Hiland's Leg Cramps are okay to use. Also, if you're ok with getting in and out, you might try a warmer bath with epsom salt. Helps to relax muscles.

hi this is my first post yay. I am 28 and a mother of four. I suffer ffrom lower back pain that is gradually getting worse. I have been to so many DR's who are always worried about something else that's gong on with me.. I have had xrays that show nothing but everytime they do blood work my inflamation it through the roof. The pain in in my very low back. I also feel lots of pressure that makes it hard to tell if I need to go to the bathoom (BM) sorry but that's how it is...

I can hear it as well as feel it. I feel severe pressure and deep pain underneath the crunching in my lower back. This is a recent issue as I have not had time to Andreas my physician just yet. This problem is very concerning and alarming for me. Has anyone had similar problems, or perhaps know what this may be caused from? Please advise, thank you and God Bless.

t remember having this problem with Noah so I am wondering if any of you are experiencing it and how you deal with it. I wake up in the middle of the night with horrible back pain, by 5 am it is almost unbearable and I toss and turn until Noah wakes up. I really don't want to take tylenol everyday especially since I am taking my headache meds and my heartburn meds almost everyday. I try propping pillows up behind me but I get toss and turn all night since I am so uncomfortable.

I also found out that I have a blood clot in my left leg. I am now having a lot of lower back pain. Been to the doctor and they gave me some pain meds and scheduled me for another ultrasound to determine when the surgery is. I have not felt pain like this since I was diagnosed. Sometimes it hurts so bad to even walk. Not sure what to do. Called the doctor and they told me to keep going to the ER to get the cycts looked at. Don't know how much more of this pain I can take.

I have lower back pain when I go to lay down it hurts so bad but then I'm relaxed but when I go to get up I have pain that is so painful it hurts why is this happening to me I'm 19 weeks pregnant im not that big at all barley starting to show a little

Hi, I'm 15 weeks on Tuesday, and last night I woke up with the worst lower back pain and it's been persistent all day. It's a nagging, painful, sore back ache that radiates from the middle of my lower back to the outsides of my hips. It reminds me of my period back cramps I used to get. I know my body is stretching and muscles are changing- but I'd just like to hear from someone else that's feeling the same.

Hi im 20 wks and experiencing extreme lower back pain where I am really struggling to stand up from seating position. I cant remember any of my previous pregnancies being so early with the onset of pain here. I did have crutches with my last but not until late on..

My son has Chiari 1 malformation, he had his decompression surgery in December 09, 2014, everything was good. But I'm worry because he told me his having some lower back pain, he start telling me that this week, and I'm just wondering if it is caused by the chiari or maybe something else... So I'm a ftm and just barely at 14 weeks. Today I've been having absolutely terrible lower back pain, almost like muscle spasms. So it's been more difficult to bend to pick things up or sit/lay down. When I'm still I don't hurt. And I took some Tylenol which helped a bit. But I'm just wondering, is this normal with my center of gravity shifting? Did I lift something too heavy? Or should I be worried about something worse?

So, I've had this pain in my lower back for weeks now. It feels like my spine is out of alignment and just needs to pop back into place. But idk how to realign it now that I'm pregnant. Before I got pregnant I used to do it all the time by laying on my back until eventually it popped back and the pain was relieved. The pain has gotten so bad that now I get stuck when sitting down or laying down and I try to get up.

I have extreme lower back pain when I lay down & try to lift up its like I can't move even when I go to stand up soon as I put any pressure down I get this horrible pain in my lower back and I can't walk. The pain is like a 20 if 10 was the highest.

This past week my back pain has escalated :( its my lower right side.. the pain shoots down the side of my butt too! It kind of feels like my nerves are grinding together with my bones. Im 20 weeks so i can only imagine its going to get worse. Anyone have any suggestions to help with this or anyone have the same problem?
