When i have a very active day, i can hardly sit down/get up, and when i move around i feel like i have a big ball of lead
in my
stomach pulling down. My doc also said i d try use one if those supportive
pregnancy bands, maybe you can try that? And paracetamol is safer than ibuprofen, but not good to overdo it either. Try the band, and if the pain persists, ask at your work if you can take more breaks or do some sitting jobs or so?
