At this time my diet was actually very healthy and low protein e.t.c which is why I'm wondering lol, I did eat chocolate and Oxlate foods and stuff though but only ocassionally and not everyday..
Avatar m tn The exercise part of bodybuilding is good for your liver, but you might want to think twice about doing a protein-heavy bodybuilder's diet. Too much protein can stress your liver. You might want to talk to a doctor about what is the appropriate amount of protein intake.
Avatar m tn You need 12-20% Protein but because you are bodybuilding you can up the percetage a little bit. Protein is in all meats, eggs, and there is some protein in nuts, seeds, yogurt, beans, and a few others. Carbohydrates 60-65 % you need complex carbohydrates like whole grains, and fruits and vegetables are excellent. Carbohydrates give you fuel (energy). Fruits and veggies are great but are not calorie dense so be sure to eat more that just a fruit at a time....

I posted a question, and a woman said my symptoms showed thyroid problems. Here's several of my symptoms- foamy pee, unable to lose bodyfat fast(as unbelievable as it is, I have a perfect diet since I'm bodybuilding), slow muscle recovery, excess sweating ,muscle weakness, bad immune system, and on occasions I'll get very hungry.

Avatar m tn It does say 100% European 100% undenatured whey protein, low temperature, chemical free processing, low lactose and low carbs, added enzymes, cross flow microfiltered, increases glutathione and stimulates immunity. The only thing missing is organic or not and whether it is cold processed. I have tried this before without any issues, but didn't see any benefits either for 3 months. As for my BMI, it is in 21, normal range.
Avatar m tn Make sure you are getting the right nutrition, that is everything. You probably should be eating 3,000 calories a day roughly and 200 grams of protein at the low end. Nutrition is everything when it comes to putting on mass. Drink some extra protein shakes and have a great workout!

My last time working out was shoulders; at the end of the that workout I had a bit of a pain on my neck which was familiar to me because I had similar pain in the same workout before many times but it healed on its own. However, the pain that time was extremely worse when I tried to sleep that day. I woke up having stiff neck and couldn't move my head from side to side.

Avatar f tn Eating more foods with high protein, high vitamin, low sugar and low fat like vegetable, fruits, lean meat, river fish and bean products etc. Get rid of the bad habits like often have animal fat, desserts and sweet soft drink to decrease the total energy. No snacks and eating nothing before sleep are also necessary. Furthermore, taking more appropriate sports to promote the internal fat consumption. Running at least six kilometers per day is beneficial to lose weight.

In the past, I have taken and cycled creatine monohydrate supplement. I got off my creatine cycle 2 weeks ago. Could my elevated creatinine serum be because of creatine monohyrate supplement that I was taking 2 weeks ago? Do i most likely have an kidney damage of any sort? I have tendency to get paranoid all the time and I do not have peace of mind.

Avatar m tn t do it regularly, try to at least go for a jog around your block once or twice a week or do workout videos (like the well-known P90X videos) that are quick to whip you into shape at home. As for meal plans, combining complex carbs and protein is your best bet for gaining muscle.

Examples of a whole grain and a protein are crackers and cheese, a peanut butter sandwich and pretzels with yogurt. My alt and ast scores haven't been normal even when und at 4 weeks. In fact they were there highest (alt-106 and ast-84) on my week 12 draw...which was still UND. 2 days before the draw I had an extremely heavy and long leg training day.

565430 tn?1272695820 A complete protein is i believe 8 different aminos that the body doesant or cant make on its own,of the 32 overall.Aminos/Protein is more for athletics/bodybuilding than for detoxing.The liver doesant require more stress at this time,but once you are physically clean,then with an exercise program amino/protein may be of benefit. This amino protocol is only a theory and I dont believe it,or there is any scientific justification and or mesdical proof.

I was exercising (bodyweight bodybuilding) 3 times a week (about 3-4 hours a week) since LVH could be caused by an hypertrophic cardiomyopathy I don't want to stress my heart any more. I am experiencing arrhythmia sometimes when I am lying down, or masturbating.
Avatar m tn Creatine theoretically helps build muscle, but it shouldn't be causing speeding. But there are probably other things in what you're taking that do. I'd just skip the supplements and work out. If you're workout is heavy on resistance training, then protein is what you need. If it's heavy on cardio, then you might try energizing foods such as spirulina or bee pollen.
