Should a 59 years old male with severe CAD, Renal Insufficiency (has been on dialysis for 1 1/2 years), had cuadriple heart bypass four years ago and is getting a stent today for coronary obstruction and has been on Coumadin for several years, will have to add Plavix to his treatment or is Coumadin enough for anticoagulation and antiplatelet effect?
He was able to view my CT scan fromt the hospital and indicated that I had a 2mm kidney stone in my left kidney and also a renal calcification in the meaty part of the kidney. He stated this was not a kidney stone and wanted more tests to rule out cancer. He indicated it was more like a cyst. I also got the results of my urine test and found out I have a bladder infection today. Today I had a CT scan with and without the contrast dye. My question is...what is a renal calcification???

I was put on Lovenox and a baby aspirin 2 weeks prior to miscarrying. The Doctor seems to think that when we get pregnant again that I can get on Lovenox and baby aspirin when i'm 7 weeks pregnant and that the pregnancy will be a healthy succuessful one. I'm just wondering has anyone else had a successful pregnancy taking Lovenox? Just really nervous and have alot of questions now. Should I go ahead and take the baby aspirin now or wait? The Doctor says we can try again in October.
