I am currently 25 weeks and have been on Lovenox since week 6. I have a blood clotting problem. I will have a csection at 36 weeks but that is due to other health problems. I will have to have those stupid leg vacuun things while in hospital to keep circulation. I hate those things very loud and you can't move. Turns out I have a bloody clotting disorder. I got pregnant again (and started the Lovenox injections) and everything was going well until last week. I began having spotting. My hcg was increasing, but my progesterone dropped quickly and I lost the baby. My husband and I are giving this one more shot. My doctor wants to start me on Clomid next month, along with one baby aspirin a day and and folic acid until I get pregnant.

my first pregnancy with this dr. and taking Lovenox for the past 15 days.....Had second sonogram yesterday and saw fetal pole, yolk sac and heartbeat!!! I was so excited, I was on cloud nine all day...until two hours ago when I heard my latest #'s.....already spoke to dr. he said not to worry and go for blood test Mon. He did tell me originally that the minute I think I;m pregnant I should start the Lovenox. I started it when my levels were only42!!! Good luck to you.
