On 12/1 I had a complete metabolic profile drawn for a routine endocrinology follow up and LFTs then were ALT 17 and AST 18. The Sectral and Lovenox were initiated before my preop labs on 1/29, which showed LFTs elevated (ALT 120, AST 59). As far as I know lovenox is no reason to perform a c section. If you are unsure, then please ask your Dr. why he/she wants to deliver you this way. Your wishes do count and it's important you feel comfortable and confident in how the actual delivery takes place.

I take extra vitamins for the folic acid and I take daily injections of Lovenox while pregnant, and I swear by it. i hate the shots but Im just about it my third trimester, and I attribute my baby's life to them.
