Avatar n tn Why do you want to be underweight? If you love sports you most likely have a lot of muscle mas making up your current underweight BMI. Get a fat percentage measurement done and you may find that you should actually worry more about properly nourishing and taking care of your body's needs than losing weight. I know this is probably not what you want to hear, but it's what I've learned for myself. I haven't even lost as much weight as you did -- I've lost about 30 of the 50 that I, ideally, need to lose -- and have hit a plateau.

I've had morning sickness since I was 6weeks so I know that curbs my appetite quite a bit. But like the dr says if the baby's is healthy and on track, you shouldn't worry.
