Common Questions and Answers about Losing weight quickly bad

losing-weight

Granted I was 50lbs overweight to start, but I don't know if losing weight like this, bout 2-3lbs a week, is healthy while I'm pregnant. I feel sick all the time, and I can barely get around my own home. I try to go for a short walk or a trip for some groceries, and I nearly end up both vomiting and passing out. I don't know what to do at this point. My insurance is down because of technical difficulties, so I can't see a doctor. Some just say to wait for the 2nd trimester.
Hi, I wanted to let you know that diets don't work, u will just regain the weight and more at some point, u need to change the way u eat for life, u don't need to give up all the yummies either a treat once a week isnot going to hinder any weight loss, weight watchers , Inches they are great places and resources to go to , they may feel likle there expensive , but I am telling u they work, I have a friend who weight watchers got her to her goal and then some and she has stayed that way for years
Am I feeling bad because I'm losing weight or am I losing weight because I'm feeling bad. Although I've been here for 32 weeks I feel like a newbie because I haven't had to deal with many problems. First 6 months I was almost embarrased sides were so easy. Guess I'm paying for that thought now-losing weight, gout, legs REALLY tired.
I don't think u should try to lose weight... If ur gaining weight too quickly try changing ur eating habits... When ur pregnant u should never try to lose weight..
- Bloating - how is it related to meals (in what time after the meal it appears), do you belch, have heartburn - Diarrhea - is stool sticky, whitish, foamy and floating and appears after fatty food(important, since it speaks for fat malabsorption) - Losing weight - since when - Pain (extremely important to describe it exactly): Where exactly it appears and where it spreads to, is it like a cramp, does it go completely away, is it related to meal or certain type of food (fruits, fatty foods) 2.
) Like you all, I've been struggling with weight gain due to methadone and although I am finally tappered down from 120mgs to 45mgs, I'm doing it VERY slowly so I'd like to start losing weight now rather than weight until I am completely off the 'done. So far, I have lost 7lbs in 5 days..Here goes for those interested: Using HCG for weight loss You cannot buy hcg in stores, if you see it at Walmart, it's NOT real hcg and you will waste your money.
Honestly, stop overdoing it, don't weight yourself every day, it's just bad. Any good doctor will tell you that it quickly becomes an obsession and no obsession is ever good. And of course you have a weight variation from day to day. You don't eat the same things in the same quantity every day so a 0.6 kg variation is absolutely normal. Some people have 1kg weight fluctuations every day. As for the coloscopy and gastroscopy, isn't it a bit overkilled for 5 little kgs??
Is that normal? I mean, I know I'm overweight but only 15 lbs. She said it's good that I've been losing weight and eating healthier. She says that the foods I eat are coming to my body (even if I'm not eating a lot) and that my "fat stores" and nutrients are going to the baby. I asked her if I was getting any nutrients and she said "yes, some. But the baby gets it off of you. Once it has been used for you, it goes to the baby." Does that make sense?
) I have even thought about losing more weight, we shall see what happens.
The baby gets all it needs so as long as you feel OK, and have enough energy etc then I really wouldnt worry. The weight will quickly gain in the next few weeks Im sure, especially if you were slim and normal weight.
Thanks again. Do you know which controls weight and metabolism? Is it FT4 and FT3? All I know is that my ft4 has been in decline for 4 years or so. Docs never tested FT3 til these last few months. I'm starting treatment now, by way of Synthroid. So I can just continue to take in as many calories as always? Things, in theory, should stay the same or get better? I didn't have any nodules, btw. Conversely, my thyroid was apparently quite small.
Recently, I have put on 12 lbs. very quickly. I have been told in the past, that when you put weight on very quickly it is more than likely fluid and not fat. Can this be the problem? Also, little1sk, I think that you may just have a slightly distorted view of yourself. At your height and weight, you are not fat. When I was younger, I never weighed more that 82lbs. When I started to gain weight I freaked out. It took years to realize that when I was 82lbs.
Since then I have been biking off 500+ calories a DAY - per the digital readout on my bike. My problem - I'm not losing ANY weight...I've gained 2 pounds!!! I did notice that my pants fit better and that I'm looking leaner but I still want to get back to 145 not bulk up with muscle! How do I get back to losing weight WHILE getting in more exercise?
It had become so bad that past few months, collapsing several times a week, becoming weak and losing weight, not at all myself, that I had wondered if I needed an antidepressant to deal with my life, but I kept telling myself what I needed was some HOPE and someone to fix me! Yes, I was down, but I was running out of hope and it all was due to the lack of care by a so called doctor who threw a tree in my path. Fortunately I'm a scrapper! I'm baaack! I am taking no c**r**a**p!!!
It would go away after a while when I cooled down. I had a bad attack about 4 months after the first episode of tremors. My legs shook so hard I could hardly walk.I now call it my wonky dance. I was not hot so I do not know what brought it on. After that the fatigue seemed to become a daily thing. Some days its not too bad but other days I can barely function. My eye specialist saw me with the leg shaking and as I had no family doctor got me into a MS clinic.
This is not a healthy weight loss goal for anybody. Most people can lose anywhere between 2 -3 lbs a week. Losing weight too quickly may put your body in shock. Before you start any diet, you should talk this over with your family doctor to make sure it is appropriate for you. Perhaps your doctor can suggest a food plan that will help you lose weight at a healthy pace. Don't be fooled by diet plans that promise 4 - 5 lbs weight loss per week.
Hi I am sorry you are feeling so bad. I have heard of others losing weight, maybe not as quickly as you have though a couple lost 30 to 40 lbs during their tx. If you are having problems eating or keeping anything down there is medication the doctor can prescribe to help you. When I was on Incivek I had the same problem and was given medication for nausea I hope your doctor will help you. If not you could try going to your GP.
I am 141.4! Is it bad to have lost weight like this? I was definitely over indulging at first so I know its best that I cut back and started eating healthier but losing weight is kind of scary.
I TO WAS TOLD I HAD MS 2 DAYS AGO I HAVE TO TAKE THE SHOTS ONCE A WEEK I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO EITHER I'M SO SCARED AND I DONT EAT MUCH LOSING WEIGHT I CANT EXCEPT THIS AND I HAVE TO. ITS VERY HARD FOR ME. WHEN YOU GET HELP YOU WILL GET THE TREATMENT. GET ON AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WE DONT WANT IT TO GET WORSE. I HAVE NO INSURANCE EITHER AND MY HUSBAND IS SSI TOO FOR CANCER I HAVE 2 CHILDREN AND I JUST WANT TO GET BACK ON MY FEET AND LEAD A NORMILLY LIFE WITH MS AND JUST BE THERE FOR MY FAMILY.
well barb in all my efforts and expenses Ive worked out Ive lost about 8 to 9 kg in 8 months. If I continue losing weight at this rate I definately will not be a decent weight at 40.It will be 42 by the time I reach a decent weight and 43 by the time I reach ideal weight. How ever its not that bad cant complain Im lucky that I can still lose weight and havent stuffed my body up completely over the years of losing putting on and I always lost 26 kg fairly quickly.
So if you try to make yourself healthy, eat the right foods and exercise- even if it's just walking for twenty minutes a day, you will become healthier, and the weight will come off as a result. Everyone wants to lose weight quickly but unless you make time for your body (exercise and a good diet) it won't happen. There is no miracle cure to being overweight, no magic pill or shot or other. I hope this helps you some.
If you eat healthy then you'll have no problem losing the weight. It will come right off, I promise. As far as the sex, don't take their word for it just yet. If they didn't get definite confirmation by seeing the 3 lines, then it could definitely still be a boy that was hiding. Congrats on the healthy baby though!!!
umm i have not gained anything yet. I started out very very heavy. I have lost about 30lbs so far. The doctor says this is really a good thing because i will come out of this heathlier than i began....Most likely i am gonna start gaining back some of these pounds in the next months.....
My levels have now been stable a few months and I weight 64.1 kgs and havent tried losing the weight...just ate healthy. As the levels stabalise, so does the weight but remember one thing.......... The weight you had PRIOR to diagnosis is HYPER weight and you may never get back down to that weight. Many lose track of that theory and as long as I have quality of life , I dont mind the few extra kgs as long as it doesnt interfere with my health.
I have two babies that will be one year old on Wednesday. Losing them is my biggest fear. I don't know if a judge will take into consideration how it will affect them if I go to jail. That is all I am thinking about at this point. I know I will have to find another career. I know I will most likely lost my house. I just don't want to lost my kids. They are so little. i don't want them to suffer just because their mother is an addict.
they will slide up easier with each week passing and it will give you a ton of motivation so that one day you will get that button closed and that zipper up set goals and keep a diary of what you eat and how long you work out and how much weight you are losing... This app is great for that.
