I have a lot of family stress to lose weight and now its one month left till i go home, i need to lose some weight so they don't put me down when im home. Im 19 and i weight about 200lbs. please help me out. any advice would help. i go to the gym everyday and do weights everyother day i change up my schedule so that im not doing the same excercses week after week.

Of course I have a doctors note saying I'm pregnant and can't be losing lots of weight so my weight doesn't help or hurt the group. Anyways, my sister is in the group as well, as the official weight recorder. She is on my case about my weight constantly!

I was not big to begin with about 130 and currently almost down to 100.suffered for years with an eating disorder and it resurfaced recently worse than ever. was hospitalized with vomiting blood recently and after released I have no choice but to vomit after every little sip or bite of anything because even if I wamted to keep it down my body forces it out.

Avatar n tn t really need to gain if you were over weight when the pregnancy started. Eat healthy meals, normal portions, exercise moderately. You may lose weight naturally as baby takes up some of the excess calories you were consuming. I'd consider yourself weight neutral right now and just eat healthy with proper portion control and not worry about the end result of your weight.

You don't necessarily have to give up all the foods you like, though you certainly have to cut portions of those that are the least healthy, then add in plenty of fruits and veggies. Chocolate is actually good for you, if you opt for the dark chocolate - the more cacao the better. Likewise, cheeses are good for you, but again, you should opt for the low/no fat varieties, to cut calories.
