I have some itchy little bumps on my inner thigh and on my butt cheeks near my butt crack. They are constantly itching. They are not noticeable at all but if you feel it you can feel the bumps. I do not have sexual intercourse. I do although sweat a lot on my butt and between my legs, but I know what sweat bumps are and this is nothing like it. These are little pin size itch bites or something.
My sister has some little itchy bumps, and she does not know what they are. The bumps become more red only after she scratches them, and within a few days to a week the bumps go away and them she gets new one(s). she does not have a lot of bumps (but are spread all over, one here and one there : on arms, legs, not at the wrists or toes ). During night she can sleep good, no itching. and after shower no itching also. She went to a doctor and the doctor said she has scabies.
Hello, I have had this thing with my legs where they get really itchy in one particular spot and when I scratch it, I get lots of little bumps in that area. It will spread if I keep scratching and the bumps vary in size from maybe about 2 millimeters to a whole centimeter. They will normally go away a few hours later if I stop scratching and I don't get it anywhere else on my body. This happens from time to time but I think lately it's been happening more often.
For as long as I can remember I've had these little tiny itchy bumps on my legs. They are little buggers, and almost like acne. Some days they aren't around... some days they drive me insane. They aren't anywhere near my genitals but from my ankle to about 3/4ths up my legs. on both actually. They aren't grouped up like herpes... and I can't seem to find anything to match whats going on.... Its almost like Im allergic to cotton.
i have some little red, raised bumps that have appeared on my arms and lower legs(calves). they itch horribly. they first appeared on the back side above my elbow and spread to my arms the first day and onto my legs the second. i went fishing the day before(exactly 24 hrs) these appeared. they seem to only be where my arms and legs where exposed that day. also i have been under a tremendous amount of stress, could either one of these have caused this.
the only part on my body itching has been my legs. I have no rashes, no bumps, and nothing like shaving seems to be the cause. I have not changed soap, detergent, or lotion when I started having these problems, but have since tired different soaps like oatmeal, dry skin, and sensitive skin soaps. I have tried benadryl, and even put a humidifier in my room. It sometimes wakes me up at night, and my only option is a cold rag to sooth it.
I draw blood and I have little scabs on my legs. No shorts for a while. I shower and use Caress and use the shower massage to spray very hot water for a few minutes on the areas. It feels good. My doctor did put me on a low dosage Prednisdone pack...and the itching was reduced. More importantly I started to feel great...euphoric and strong. I have some health problems and was thrilled to feel human again..but alas I know the drug is a nightmare if you use it long term..
Im glad Im not the only one with "itchy" legs. I have had "itchy" legs for years. I have been told it was all in my head. and have tired almost everything for dry itchy skin. Its mostly my lower legs, the front and side. Sometimes its my upper leg. When they itch, it feels like they are itchy from the bones. I end up itching them so much that I tear my legs open, and usually get a faint scar. They seem dry usually, but are as smooth and soft as my hands are.
but on a basic lotion, dry off your legs and put jeans on asap. I think the feel of the jeans on your legs helps distract you from the itching. As a Nurse, I personally think it is some sort of eczema or just really sensitive skin. I think shaving, showers or anything else that would upset your skins normal conditions just cause a minor irritation that is really itchy. I am really interested in laser hair removal because I believe shaving is the main issue... for me anyways.
This happens to me every day during the Fall and Winter and a little less often the rest of the year. There are no bumps, no rashes; i itch just the same whether or not my skin looks dry; the itching is eratic, everywhere at once. The only descriptor I can find is "electric" - I feel like I'm being shocked or tased all over. Sometimes it spreads to my chest, shoulders and arms a bit too.
Hello, The red bumps could be due to folliculitis, heat rash or contact dermatitis. It is very difficult confirming a diagnosis without examination. Take some antihistaminics like Benadryl or Claritin and apply some calamine lotion on the rashes. You can also apply some steroid cream and if the symptoms persist then a dermatologist’s evaluation will be the best. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
I havent broke out in any red bumps and there is no signs of irritation. I'm confused on this one. Is this yet another miserable symptom of prememopause or should I be concerned about something else?

My legs have been itchy every day since i was born. im 21 and i have always had itchy legs. when i was younger my family would all scream at me as once i started i couldnt seem to stop. the itching gets so bad that it annoys you and fustrates you and it becomes painfull. My dad used to smack my legs where it was itching and it used to help but it didnt last too long only for about 5-10 mins and i would be scratching again.
I have developed little red bumps on my legs. They are small but raised a little bit. They do not itch. I noticed them after I went fishing and was in the woods two days ago. I wore pants so my legs were not bare. The bumps are very sporadic not giving any pattern. I have a four or five bumps in a cluster then I may have one by itself. There is not a rash and no bumps above the buttocks. I haven't changed anything such as laundry detergent, soap, etc. Any suggestions of what this may be?
I have these red itchy bumps on my legs for almost a year now. It started when I migrated here to Canada. They come and go, come and go all of a sudden, with or without me putting topical cream for temporary itch relief. once a bump disappears, another one appears. During winter, the bumps are only in my legs. Now that it's summer, there are bumps all of a sudden in my shoulders and even in my armpits. They itch really crazy during the night.
I have got these little red bumps on the inside of my legs and its like they dry up and dead skin comes off and they are on my arms also. I thought that they might be flea bites but they are too little to be that because i do have a house dog. They have got me worried because i dont know what they are.
This morning I woke up w/ two little bumps on my stomach and they were alittle itchy and I thought they were mosquito bites. But then as the day goes on, I find more little pin-sized itchy spots on my hand and a few popped up on my face near my eyebrows. Then I continue to get more on my other arm and one on my back and on my legs and neck etc..so it's pretty much on my whole body.
I am an 18 year old female and just recently I got little bumps on my neck which within a day turned red and itchy. If the room temperature was a little hot, they also began to sting a little. Within another day they began coming out in my lower arms and a few on my abdomen (even on my belly button)and legs. The last ones appeared on my hands including my palms. They seem to be smaller in size. However, the ones on my neck and arms are the only itchy ones.
I second guessed that a little because the bumps didn't seem to be itchy or bother him from what I could see. Never the less I treated him with what she gave me which was actually (selenium sulfide) selsun blue shampoo and hydro-cortisone cream for a week. This treatment didn't see to help what so ever so I went to see my doc who completely disagreed with it being scabies, she thought maybe it was eczema or a viral infection which looked nothing like what he has.
So a few months ago i started to notice these bumps that look like little clear blisters on my pinky finger. Well i stated putting calomine lotion and itch cream to stop the itching but it didnt help much. After awhile i noticed i got them on my other oinky finger. No i have them everywhere. on my arms my hands my legs my stomach and even my butt. I just really want to know what this is and how i can make it go away. I cant take it anymore with all the itching. thank you.
The more I itch in certain areas, little mosquito like bites form on my skin. They aren't red or contain puss, but are just raised clear bumps on my skin. They are on my legs, stomach, crotch area, and have begun moving onto my arms. Please let me know was you think it could be thanks!
I recently develop very serious generalized itching mostly on my back arms, legs and back, which cool down when I take Benadryl, also when I scratched hard the area becomes instantly raised in weird snake-like fashion and turns a little red. I also started seeing this strain of Buttons under my chin, ant. and post. neck and lower back. At first I thought it was just acne, but they never turn yellow, just flesh colored or a little red.
