I'm confused. I get the feeling you may know. I've been drinking Viva Acai juice daily also. What do you think of that? I assume you have FM.
334400 tn?1276894313 I'm not going to list all the types of birds that come to my yard throughout the year. It's about 40 different species. I won't list the Western Screech Owl because although they nest in one of my trees, they sure don't use the bird feeders. And the Sharp Shinned hawks only use the feeders as a banquet table to hit on the songbirds that visit. I'd say some of my favorites are the Red Breasted Nuthatch, the Downy Woodpecker and the Bewick's Wren.

If used as part of a balanced diet, these types of carbohydrates (and occasionally a few of the others) are quite acceptable and in most diets much needed. There are different types of carbohydrates. For example breads, pasta, potatoes and rice and then there are vegetables and fruits. Can I obtain my carbohydrate intake just by eating (vegetables and fruits), or is it important that I also eat (breads, pasta, potatoes and rice in small quantities)?.

7894272 tn?1395206727 There are three types of carbs.(fiber, starch, and sugar) All carbs are four calories per gram, but sugar holds no nutritional value, so if you consume a lot of sugar you may meet your caloric(energy) needs, but your body is still starving for nutrients and as a result you consume more and add the calorie surplus to your reserves. (fat) So, in my opinion, if you're trying to use your reserves, it's important that you try and avoid high sugar intake, but the other carbs are fine.
Avatar f tn I can drink either 2 bottles of wine or 1/4 to 1/2 of a big bottle of vodka mixed with club soda or the same amount of rum mixed with diet coke. I usually only drink beer on the weekends if we are at the lake or pool, so I don't pass out in the sun. But then I will come home and switch to wine or liquor. Would it make a difference if I completely cut out the wine and liquor and only drink beer until I can completely quit, or does beer cause the same damage. Any info would be appreciated.

Avatar f tn Any healthy diet, low in Fat and Carbohydrates can be of help. A daily vitamin can also help to ensure your brain is getting all it needs. Eat lots of freah fish like Salmon as it has a high consentration of Omega 3 that can help the brain function better. Will all these things together, prevent or ease the symptoms of Major Depression? Not in my oppinion, but anything that helps is a plus. I just wouldn't get your hopes up about a natural diet curing Major Depression.

Do you realize how many oranges you must consume to yield a large glass of orange juice? If aiming at increasing muscle mass the protein content of the diet should be on the higher side. Eating junk high calorie food can help you gain faster but is not considered a healthy.
