of bacon, a square
of cheese. Keep fruit
to a minimum. For dinner,
eat fish, chicken and occasionally pork and beef. Eat lots of broccoli, spinach, brussel sprouts, green beans, and lettuce. No rice, potatoes, and most beans as they are high in carbs. No pasta!! If you really need a slice of bread, look for the "old world" breads available. These contain lots of fiber, and are slow to process. .....
