No ur fine just limit ur caffeine intake to 200mg a day MAX I keep a big jug of lipton cold brew decaf tea in my fridge at all times something to try see it u likw it the same (my hubs won't touch it and he loves tea so win win for me)

They might be talking about red raspberry tea ppl use it at the end of pregnancy trying to get things going its not good until ur full term caffeine isnt the best either NO more than 200mg I use lipton cold brew decaf tea always have some in my fridge if u have other teas u wanna drink check with doc or do aome research about the ingredients

I get the Lipton decaffeinated tea and just add the amount of sugar that I want! Taste the same as normal tea!

yes it is OKI have been told that some people have used ice tea for heartburn and as long as you're getting all your fluids that you need its okay to have some tea every once in awhile

Vicks will help with the nose so will benadryl and I used to use bedtime tea by Lipton cuz it has a mint in it which really helps honey always helps youe throat and believe it or not pineapple juice will too

ve been having a blast trying all kinds of different beverages. I always have homemade ice tea in my fridge, one green, one black. The green tea I am making now is a Tazo tea with cucumber and peach, Oh baby! I sweeten with honey that I put part water with and nuke then shake. When chilled it stays liquid and mixes with cold drinks great. In my fresh ground whole bean coffee I use agave sweetner sometimes, its from cactus. It is better for your sugar levels. Sometimes I use turbinado sugar.

I boil hot water on the stove, put a tea bag in a regular coffee mug, pour the water over the bag and let it brew about 5 min. add sugar Then I pour it in a cup full of ice. If you would prefer it hot just keep it in the mug.

I just read an article saying that green tea should be avoided during pregnancy... does anyone know MORE about this? I currently drink about one cup of cold green tea (lipton) every morning with 8 oz of aloe (liquid form) because I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome and it seems to help "calm" my insides as aloe is a natural anti-inflammatory.

I was not aware u had a GERD issue when replying to this thread....now knowing I think the Ginger tea may help...I get Lipton Ginger Twist...it is very good, no caffeine...

Hey guys........... I have a really bad cold. I can't stop sneezing, runny nose and headaches. I'm 12w+ pregnant and I don't want to hurt the baby. What cn I take. Can I drink a decaf Lipton tea? strong tea for sunburn - brew tea and let it cool then make compresses with towels soaked in the tea or pour a couple of pots of strong tea into a tub of lukewarm water and soak in it

Thats the one I used. Lipton rasberry goji green tea. Put 2 pouches in warm water and drink it daily.

are the green teas like lipton, Arizona and teas like that ok to drink or did you mean the kind you brew yourself?
