I too felt some sort of relief that only I knew that I had a numb chin and lips. The tingling does seem to indicate that the nerve is tryng to knit together again as I have definitely felt an improvement over the past few days so feel fairly optimistic that it will correct itself almost entirely. I have tried gently massaging my chin when I shower and although it may not be much help it feels as if I am doing something to improve things!

The best person to see is a neurologist specializing in headache, or at a headache center, such as the Cleveland Clinic Headache Center. They can differentiate benign from non-benign headache and provide appropraite treatment for both the headache and the other symptoms.
Hi, There is a possibility that this headache is a cluster headache. Cluster headache is known as a cyclical headache. It is characterized by bouts of frequent attacks known as cluster periods followed by remissions. It is an excruciating headache associated with restlessness and red flushed face. The exact diagnosis however can be made by a neurological examination. Take care!
swollen node under my neck, dizziness feeling from fever (but no fever detected using thermometer), continuous fatigue, sore throat for 2weeks, small round itchy blisters in mouth and lips, muscle ache, headache, had few occasions of short breath (2 weeks before). I can't explain why I am having all these symptoms... I will be asking for HIV antibody test at Day 36, along with P24 antigen test separately. They do not have HIV duo test at place where I stay...
I felt a rush of blood to the head, followed by a slight headache on the left side. The headache took a couple of days to fully dissipate. Since then, I've been experiencing "hot flashes", some occasional numbness near my left ear, some tingling in my little fingers, and also some tingling in various areas of my head. Ejaculation seems to be a trigger, but straining when passing gas also affects me now.
also left side of face grows numb from left ear across the lips. Different diagnosis or same ailment??? VERY concerned! Anything to do with low blood sugar? I am an athlete and trail at a very intense level .... oh and this might be unrelated but I have been having digestive troubles (especially when running- which is BAD news haha)... anyway not sure if this is relevant or not, but I would hate to leave out a piece of the puzzle!
I don't know if these things are connected, but I have noticeable muscle spasms in my legs, less so in my arms and occasional desensitisation in my fingers and toes. My lips become numb, and my whole body aches! It feels like a bad case of influenza I have had my throat and tonsils checked by a specialist and they are normal. I have also worn an oxygen saturation monitor overnight with the results coming back from the doctor stating that my levels show no signs of Obstructive Sleep Apnoea.
I am terrified it's something horrible or I am going to die.Sometimes my lips will be a little numb and the pains will also burn in my head.Does anyone have any ideas what this could be from?
Physical Therapy My face like the whole cheek feels hot numb tingly also my lips chin area. It feels like it is burning even asked my mom to touch she said both sides feel the same. The nurse practitioner said it may be caused by the nerves being pushed. I hope that is all it is and nothing more serious with circulation, tumors, aneurysms or other bad things...Thank you very much for all your input once again. From the bottom of my heart wishing everyone healthy long life.
Sometimes this tingling feels almost like it is burning. This is accompanied with a painful sometimes stabbing headache. The numbness makes the left side of my face feel heavy, droopy, but it is not actually physically so. Many times I notice that I stretch my neck to the right trying to relieve the "tension", and stretch my jaw also to reduce tightness in the joint on the left. These symptoms occur sometimes several times a day and sometimes several days apart.
he described it as if the blood had slowed down and was moving through his neck with extreme force; *Tightness in upper chest; *Mild headache; *Lightheadedness and dizziness. As the attack started to subside, he would feel tingling in his extremities and tremors in his hands. After each episode he would feel completely drained and would yawns a lot. Some days there were several episodes, and some days there were none.

The problem is that I have chest pain/press and I have clear spit coming up and in the last 6 month sometime my lips become numb and I have huge headaches. I was a bit over weight about 4 years ago and I have changed my diet and excercies now regularly. I have had my cholesterol check and it is great. I'm not overweight now (5' and 110lbs). The doctors say it is because of stress. Last year I was planning two weddings but that is over and my life is great expect for this pain.

Since my last episode, I have been having daily nero symptoms. pins and needles in my hands and numbness. I have had a numb tongue and tingling lips. The last syptom has stopped. Is it normal to have neuro sypmtoms every day and have it still be migraines? I want to make sure my diagnosis is correct. Also, I didn't have any symptoms for over a year and now they are back. I appreciate any input you may have. Thank you.
