When pulling top lip over teeth shows little white pimple like rash on top lip. Slight burny sensation, and a little raised. Any ideas or treatments used and successful?
I have consantly suffered from cold sores which has resulted with some scaring on my lips, The scarring has removed some areas of the pigment from areas on my lips were i had the sores.
But around 3 or 4 weeks ago on my left upper lip there is an area about 1 centimeter in size right along the border of my lip, this area is thin and is lossing color for a reason that i can not figure out.
I continiously get lip sores on my bottom lip only. I have been getting them for years and have been prescribed many diffrent courses of creams tablets etc. There has never been one any better thanthe other and when the blisterring is at its most venemous the need to pick is almost un-bearable.
I keep away from lip balm etc as I find them to only feed the bug opposed to helping.
Tuesday morning it was still a but swollen so I iced it and the swelling went away and the scabs inside my lip were almost completely gone, and my lip had a small red circle with a white-ish edge. It's Saturday and it is still here. Could this be a cold sore or something else? I was pretty stressed about it and now have a cold sore under my nose, but I kissed my boyfriend on Wednesday before this new cold sore appeared and he has not had any cold sore symptoms.

for the past 5 months on and off i have suffered from dry sores on the corners of my mouth after a while using cold sore lip cream it goes but then soon returns, its not contagious and not very painful but itchy and easy spreads and splits when i yawn !
I have these very small raised red bumps on the cupids bow part of my upper lip. They have been there since I was a teenager. I had them lasered off a few years ago, and this worked - they disappeared. But then they came back a year or so later, and got a bit bigger! I've been to numerous dermatologists and doctors and tried numerous treatments, and none have worked. I've been told it's benign, but it bothers me and if I accidentally scratch my lip, they will bleed.

In November 2008, my boyfriend kissed me when he had a visible coldsore on his lip. 24 hours later I had one come up on my lip, but with it came 3 blisters in my mouth (on my tongue & gums). From the day I caught these cold sores, I've hardly had a single day without them. They are rarely on the outside of my mouth though, but always on the inside.
I had discharge, yellow and white. All of my lymph nodes were swollen. I had a couple of sores down there and was having excruciating pain when urinating. I could barely sleep, couldn't walk, couldn't move my legs, couldn't wear any clothing. be sure to properly clean your mouthpiece if you have one on your instrument and you can ask your doctor about prescription lip antifungal treatments. do not use otc jock itch/vaginal yeast creams on your lips.
I have never been diagnosed with HSV1 or 2 but I have gotten canker sores for years. I don't know if this is coincidental or what. I believe I bit my my lip and it turned into a canker sore. However during the same time period I think I had a pair of briefs that were too small and caused rubbing at the base of my shaft and caused small blisters. I had them on at work and I do a lot of walking at work and have very dry skin down there so not very much rubbing seems to cause problems.
