The first few days, when I moved them, lines would appear and they looked like they lost shape a bit on the top lip. They look better now, and lines went away, but they're still not the same as they were before. Do you think I have I lost some collagen or elasticity? Could that happen to someone my age? (I'm 18.) I know it sounds funny that I think it might have been what I did, but they were fine before I did that.

This is the second time I'm writing to you. Im a diagnosed OCD sufferer (I am on various medications) and hence I have a crippling, paranoid fear of HIV. Couple that with the fact that I am a single, lonely man who sometimes frequents dodgy bars in search of female company and you can imagine the fear which grips me after each encounter, sexual or otherwise. But in it's place, I now have a triangular shaped divet about the size of the head of a pin where the skin is missing and no longer flush with the rest of my skin above my top lip.

I am a non smoker but I do facial exercises which may cause me to purse my lips more. Is there anything

Around four days ago I had unprotected vaginal sex with a CSW (met in bar) in Singapore. She was from north vietnam and probably in her early twenties. Before our plans is for him to follow me after he graduated, but now he wanted me to goback to Philippines and settle (temporarily) until such time he finish his degree and find a work abroad, then we will go together.
