Avatar m tn This is a local anaesthetic. You are going to use it as nasal drops to see if it aborts the headache. At the onset of headache, lie down and let the head hang over the edge of the cot, so that it is at an angle of about 30 degrees, and turn the head to the side of headache. Insill a few drops (About 1 ml) into that nose (same side of headache).

1108194 tn?1378424522 Hi, eye drops can drain into the nose and affect the nasal mucosa. The bleeding could be a side effect of the prednisone drops. But considering the fact that there is a bump inside the nose, this needs to be looked onto. It could be a hematoma, which is collection of blood or it could even be a growth or tumor which can cause nasal bleeding. She will need to consult an ENT specialist to detect the cause. Regards.
