is celexa just for depression?? or does it also help with anxiety's?? is this one on the bottom of the list?? like zoloft,paxil,lexapro,prozac..this is in the same category as these others....please explain this??

I have been on zoloft and lexapro in the past. Everything is a temprary fix. What meds have been working for others? I can't turn to alcohol and self injury or binging/purging (I'm also struggling with bulimia) everytime I'm down. It is ruining my relationships with friends and family, I have constant guilt about things that aren't even my issues.
