Hi There! On my first round of Letrozole(Femara) and no ovulating is showing. Anyone not ovulate the first month, but then start next couple months, or is this med not like that?? I don't feel the best on it, but will try anything. Had our first little guy a year ago with in vitro. We can't afford that route again, so hoping we are blessed by just doing prescription helpers. But I don't want to keep taking something that makes me feel awful if it isn't going to kick in.

I am 21 also ttc with pcos. I went to Monterrey Mexico to a fertility specialist who is helping me with my pcos he put me on bcp and Metformin and in a couple months I'm starting clomiphene citrate again for the 3rd time. Dont let doctors tell you that you are too young for treatment its never too early to begin treatment for pcos if it is left untreated symptoms could worsen drastically.

If you are over 35 I would get a CD 3 FSH or do a clomiphene citrate challenge test to evaluate Ovarian reserve/reproductive age. If under 35, test for proof of ovulation. Hope this helps.
