Hubby: 30
Sperms analysis perfect,
laparoscopy perfect, all tests for ovulation and ultrasounds looked perfect.
Trying since 2012
no pregnancy yet
This is my 2nd cycle on femara, next ovulation expected on 1/14.
If 3rd cycle not successful, will do iui with femara

A surgical consult would be best to sort out what exactly you are dealing with. Doesn't sound like gynecomastia to me. With gynecomastia you will present with full breast tissue just like a woman, not a lump.
Does it require some kind of preparation or can I start the treatment at any time. I do not ovulate on my own and I never get periods due to my PCOS which have been diagnosed 2 years ago. Try starting counseling as well for the depression and Gynecomastia. The gynecomastia leads to body disturbances for males especially at a young age. This can be causing a big part of the depression. Also talk to the health care provider about weight and see if this could have something to do about the low testosterone levels.
Letrozole is usually used for treatment in breast cancer ..its possible they are also using it for treatment of precocious puberty...Lupron is usually the med used and I would tell you there are many problems associated with the use of it .So I have to say you need to ask for other opinions for your child maybe another doctor .

Hi There! On my first round of Letrozole(Femara) and no ovulating is showing. Anyone not ovulate the first month, but then start next couple months, or is this med not like that?? I don't feel the best on it, but will try anything. Had our first little guy a year ago with in vitro. We can't afford that route again, so hoping we are blessed by just doing prescription helpers. But I don't want to keep taking something that makes me feel awful if it isn't going to kick in.
Hello! I am 25 year old male who looks like 15-17. I've had gynecomastia since i was 15 and also havent grown since that age. Tbh my body havent really changed at all. My bones didnt grow larger or increase of muscles though i trained alot and went through a mandatory 2 years of national service. I still look very young and feel very depressed because of this.I researched about this online and found about hypogonadism. Is that the case or am i suffering from something else?

If you truly have gynecomastia then the only thing that will help is surgery. My son had gynecomastia and he had surgery and looks great. If this is going to mess with your life, then have the surgery!
