i have a num pain in my left testical i feel no lumps on it and they both are the same size but this pain happens wen i sit down sometimes when am standing is well but i mostly feel it wen i am laying on sitting, i am 20 and i was wondering what it is also sometimes it is num pain and sometimes it is sharp and i feel it in ma lower part of my belly please if you could adviceme asap

I have been having this pain in my upper left abdomen, under left breast. I've had a mammography, and all is normal. The pain is occasional. Has anyone had this? I'm having a colonscopy in a few days, but I don't think the test goes that far into the abdomen. I have had a colonoscopy 8 years ago and all was fine. If anyone has had this, please let me know.
Other possibilities which present with such pain in the lower left abdomen are diverticulitis, Crohn’s disease, bowel obstruction, ovarian cysts and pelvic inflammatory disease,irritable bowel syndrome , kidney obstruction or kidney disease.

I have been having a pain in my upper left abdomen on and off for months. Earlier this year, I went to the ER twice becuase I began worrying so much about the pain that it made it seem much worse than it actually was. The pain itself is on my left side underneath my ribcage. When I notice the pain, it's not very severe, maybe 3 out of 10 but it tends to make me worry. I've been to my FP doc numerous times and had blood work done. All of the tests came back negative everytime.

Hi, my partner and I found out on Wednesday that we are pregnant, this will be my second child but im having a lot of pain in my lower left abdomen. In my case yes you can have serious pain from clips left in after surgery. Somehow in my Radical Prostectomy two clips came loose and ended up in my bladder and it was bad. Like pain pill worthy (And I don't like taking them - they make me queezy) Anyway I was pretty much told to try using Ibuprofen and kinda of ignored. I got a different doctor to give me his opinion and he used a cystoscope to find (and remove) the clips which instantly solved my pain problem.
m 25 years old and have been having a cold feeling pain in my left testicle and a sharp pain in my lower left abdomen for almost a year. Within this time my left testicle is always contracted or elevated higher than my right one (was not always like this). i called in a week they said i was negative on std test.. now jan 2,2012 i go to a different er... because i had abdomen pain,lower left abdomen pain... they put me on two ivs... took a urine ,blood sample,,, said all is fine... took a catscan said my bladder was a bit swollen.now i still have slight pain in left testiclle,and lower l.abdomen... im freaking out a..i keep thinking god forbid i have hiv... but my anxiety is killn me.. oh when my pee burned ..the discharge was a little pee..
My husband has experienced sharp, severe pain in his lower abdomen, on the left side and today he had pain in his left testicle. Mostly the pain is in the left upper abdomen. nowadays i can feel the pain around the chest. I did urea breathe test to check for bacteria and there is no bacteria now but still i feel the pain in left upper abdomen which also radiates around my chest. The doctor said that the gastric is still there which is giving this pain. But the pain is continuous. I dont feel the pain only when i lie down flat. I also dont have any prblm while sleeping.
Hello, I have been experiencing a pressure like feeling in my lower left abdomen for around 3-4 weeks. Thus far I have see a doctor and she concluded that it is not a Urinary Tract Infection nor was there any blood detected in my urine. The pain is extremely mild but noticeable, I have a hard time describing it as pain because it doesn't exactly hurt, it's just annoying. I am 20 years old and have no other symptoms at the moment.
The pain could last from ten minutes an hour. it depends what I am doing. It doesn't wake me up but it does start to hurt when I'm sitting. the only thing that helps is that I have to sit up straight and lean to my right. I don't think that anything has changed with my bowel habits but I have never been consistent.
Hi l am a 48 year old male. Recently l have been getting a slight pain in my lower left abdomen , but l only get the pain when l am in bed at night and not during the day when l am up, For example l had the pain this morning when l woke up but once l got out of bed it went away also when l urinate at night l think the pain gets better.
I have been having pain in upper left abdomen ,just below the ribs for a few weeks now that has got really quite severe this past week.It seems to get worse when I eat also if I drink anything with sugar in it.I am worried that it could be my pancreas.Where is the pancreas located and does it correlate with left sided abdominal pain?If not what else could it be I wonder?I feel really ill.Thanks for any helpful advise.
