If it still persists then you can go in for laser treatment, Chemical peeling or microdermabrasion. Recently, my right eye has a feeling of tightening from the corner of the eye. When I look at myself in the mirror and then look upwards, I notice the change in appearance of the skin "pulling". If I pull the skin away from the eye, it feels "good" ... but immediately goes back to the tightening feeling.

It sounds like you might have some hemosiderin staining--i.e., your skin has been stained by your blood. I had that problem following eye surgery. In some cases, this type of staining can be permanent--but don't worry, I have a solution for you. Google "candela laser" to find the company's website. You'll find a small-scale study in which the AlexTriVantage laser successfully removed "permanent" hemosiderin stains.
I do also have dark thin line which look like a mustache due to skin pigmentation (i think). When i spread the skin it do not appears but otherwise it looks really awkward. I have used some skin lightening creams but it did not help. How can i get it better. What are the treatments available? Is there any cosmetic or laser treatments are available?

I recently found that my skin rash, lines, tight dryness, skin fever, hives etc. was due to using a face lotion with Vitamin C. The allergy Dr had me use over the counter cortisone cream and soak in the bath for 20 minutes a day to rehydrate my skin. It worked and it got back to normal. Now I can only use Cetaphyl phase wash and cream. It will go away soon so don't worry.
But when the same laser is also absorbed by the melanin in the skin, it turns the surrounding skin darker. (They place the laser right on the skin to get the hair, so I have no idea how they can claim the skin woykd not be affected.) Of course, you sign a waiver before doing it, so all of this is just hindsight talking.

There are 5 types of laser hair removal systems. These include pulsed light, Nd YAG laser, diode laser. Alexanderite laser and ruby laser. This depends on the skin type and varies from patient to patient. I suggest you to get an evaluation done from a dermatologist for the skin type and then depending on that, laser hair removal can be decided.
ve seen different therapies available, but I am not sure which one I should be looking for (i.e. IPL / Fraxel Laser... There were other laser types but I am not sure.)
Different places have different treatments and I just wanted to have a better idea what might remove this single flat mole, and cause minimal to no discoloration if removed.
Please guide me to the direction and type of professional I should look for.
