Since my situation has to do with hair follicles, I was wondering about the safe ways of hair removal and if that too irritates my skin. Also, what should I apply to my skin pre and post hair removal? Another concern is the dark spots the boils left behind...what should I do to them now that i can't use cosmetics or strong products that would fade them quickly?

You might want to try a different way of hair removal too. waxing might be better for you or even consider laser hair removal. You can also just trim hair shorter with a body hair trimmer instead of taking it all off. There are also many post bikini area shaving products out there too. The skin in the genital area is very sensitive and needs treated with extra tlc!!!!
