I have used TCA, glycolic peels, hydroquinone, tretioin, kojic, bit nothing has reduced it. Recently i heard that yag laser can be used for depigmenting skin by destroying melanin cells itself, and in a way cause hypopigmentation in these regions.
Can I do this. Please advice the type of laser, etc.
I do also have dark thin line which look like a mustache due to skin pigmentation (i think). When i spread the skin it do not appears but otherwise it looks really awkward. I have used some skin lightening creams but it did not help. How can i get it better. What are the treatments available? Is there any cosmetic or laser treatments are available?

I've seen a couple or dermatologists who have told me several different things. One suggested that I don't get the dermaroller and instead do the fraxel laser and take care of the thread veins at the same time.
I'm mixed race and very cautious about using lasers on mt skin. I live in scotland and most of the doctors here have very little experience of working on ethnic skin.
I have a child that is now 10 yrs old and he got cactus in his fingers when he was 3 yrs old in the desert(we live in AZ) . We though it was all removed at the time. Now throughout the years he has has bums all over the tops of his fingers that will occasionally fill with clear fluid and look like blisters. His hands will always look like he has tiny little popped blinder bumps on them. His Drs have all said it is noting it will go away.

The Vbeam produces a laser light that can be absorbed by the red pigment in the skin. The Vbeam laser works in combination with the Cool Touch laser and with a substance called Levulan. I have been checked by a dermatologist and nothing is cancerous. I went to a skin care clinic and they have advised the following treatment:
