I get acid reflux several times a month....its usually will last about a week and then its ok for a week or so...sometimes I don't have it for months and then its back. Anyway, I don't take meds except an occasional pepcid, which usually doesn't work. I have heard about home remedies such as apple cider vinegar (which sometimes works, but not always) Does anyone know anything else. I hate to take prescription drugs if I don't have to.

I have already tried the sex thing and Saturday night I tried drinking boiled comino seed water (very nasty!). Niether have worked. I wanted to try the casor oil, but read that it could be dangerous. I had never heard of the boiled comino seed water until my husbands aunt mentioned it.

I have had a chest, sinus cold going on four weeks now with intermittent laryngitis. I have been on a course of Levaquin 2 weeks ago and am still sick. Iv been trying all home remedies..Sex, Fresh Pineapple, A long walk, Hot baths, Walking up stairs sideways, and squatting, There is no scientific evidence that show any of these things work, Even herbal remedies! Rushing your babies along before theyre considered full term is very selfish, he/she will not be fully developed!
