For the rest of the night I put an ice pack next to my johnson. I'm freaking out about how it maybe caused irreversible damage, along with THE RADIATION FROM MY CELL PHONE. Please help...

Anyways, put a pillow over your lap when you use a laptop. The heat from the laptop can lower sperm count (this is of course if you do it A TON!.. What a doctor told me anyways).. the heat is obviously coming from the laptop... Do the spots go away?..... Put a pillow over your lap.

when men use laptop in there lap that is harmful for them. not because of radiation. it generats heat and heat can cause sperm less in number, that i read somwhere. but i never read or heard that using internet is harmful for unborn baby before. i m really worried cos i ve been using internet continuously. even i watch movies online.

You can find laptop cooling pads with fans installed in them to disperse the heat generated by the laptop. I'm in the market for one myself.

and do you sit with it on you alp why working on it? then you are cooking your testicles, its the heat from the lap top kills your sperm, so zero sperms. Also if your a chef, the heat from the ovens which is crouch high also cooks your testicles, it seems its a common problem with chefs. So all you need to do is stop useing your lap top on your lap or keep away from the ovens, and in around 3 months you should be shooting live sperm.

The laptop thing is because its warm and sperm need to be cooler than body temp to work properly. I put my laptop on my tummy all the time. My son kicks at it I guess cause he can feel it and doesn't like it there but other than that I think doing that is perfectly fine. Just make sure if it's too hot to take it off your tummy.

Another thing is making sure that DH does not put laptops on their lap which heats up that area too. I always give my DH a cushion to put underneath the laptop and get him to avoid saunas and spas, especially around your ovulation time. Also things like smoking, too much alcohol, being overweight and bad nutrition may also hinder the semen. Maybe there are some good supplements out there that improve the sperm?? Good luck.

It can take 6-12 months to conceive. Also, you should visit with your OBGYN and let them know you're trying again and see what they have to say. They may want to run some tests to make sure everything is in "working order". Remember, also, that it is HOT outside, so make sure hubby is wearing boxers and keeping "his boys" cool because heat kills sperm. His count could be down, thus making it harder to conceive. yes.. KY is not sperms friendly ... use preseed is much better... also one of the nurse told me that if you do oral before BD could harm the sperms.. I don't know if it's true or not..
