There is one thing that has seriously helped with the ectopics - that is the supplements L-Arginine and Taurine together. I think it is a Dr Eby that has written an article about this. I expected it to be a placebo but seriously, there has been a 90% reduction and I'm taking a fraction of the amount he suggested. I cannot emphasise enough that this is the only thing that's worked well for me. I don't work for him or anything, it just worked. It's also reassuring.

Eat vegetables and don't eat junk food, sugar. No soda or sweet drinks. Eat whole fruit instead. Try L-arginine to improve blood flow. Exercise such as running will up your testosterone. Lift some weights in a sensible way, using good form. Not huge weights. Get some training.

Hi I did IUI on Saturday and am now doing the dreadful 2WW and I am already feeling discouraged but not defeated. I have PMS signs and it sucks cuz IF and WHEN AF shows up I'm gonna feel like burying my self under my sheets and never waking up. Don't mean to seem negative but today I am feeling prety down. After 2 CABGs and several stents I still have vague angina mostly aided by nitro. Would L-arginine do abetter job and must it be Rxed and supervised? Sometimes I do feel it is Variant type angina or small vessel disease as hinted to by my cardio. Also after so many invasive procedures I also believe that I do have some form of RSD since my symptoms come and go almost at random. I've been taking 500mg metformin myself and I have not experienced any weight loss. I am actually taking it for diabetes treatment. But it has not helped with my weight loss.

Let me tell you that protein stuff you are taking to build muscle is likely not so great on your acne... the nitric oxide is made from the amino acid L-arginine in your protein supplement stuff... it's not just NO in there.. Now here is my question, I am reading on other sites about trigger foods and everything I like is a possible trigger, like my cereal which has oat flour and rice krispies which is high in arginine. I am reading that list and if I follow that I could never eat right again without triggering an OB?? I am also making a trip this July to Germany with my Mom to visit our family, everything over there is bad for you.
