Just letting you all know that we're off to kentucky to visit the in-laws. My sister in law just had a baby and we are meeting them there. I'm might try to get on here down there but not sure. In the divorce paperwork they will set visitation. Idk what the laws are where you are but here in KY you can not file for divorce until the child is born. You can file for legal separation but that is it. I would go ahead and call a lawyers and see what the rules are in your area. You may be able to file but not go to court until after baby is here. In divorce papers they will set up child support, visitation, medical support for baby etc.

I don't know Kentucky's laws but I would think if it's a different prescription, short term, at a stronger dose the pharmacy should have no problem with it. I could be completely wrong though. Pharmacies do have the right to refuse scripts. They may give your Dr a call to okay your script. Is it for a different medication or just a higher dose of your current one? I've come up on a couple of doctors in Lexington that have some experience with Chiari and have done decompression surgeries, but No one claims to be a "specialist". My neurologist moved and my family doctor is helping me find another but it is hard to find one in my area of KY who knows Chiari - Somerset or Lexington, Kentucky. When I originally had my decompression surgery, no one told me that the symptoms could come back, so this return to misery is a trip I could have done without. Sometimes, like today when the backof my head hurts so back, it throws me into a full blown migraine with the aura and I just have to go to the Dr.

With my insurance, I can only see someone in my own state (ky). I asked him about the Chiari 1.5 and he informed me that there is no such thing and that it was a typo. I asked him how could it be a typo? The report is from two different doctors and it's in the paperwork 3 different times. He wouldn't even look at the MRI. hi kimmers, i dont know where you live. i had a 22mm pituitary tumor that got into my optic nerve. well i had a crainotomy 2yrs ago. the tumor is completly gone and still have my vision. i went to uk in kentucky. my neuo surgeon was very good . my sugeron name is byron young he is a great sugeron.if you want info on him message me and ill give you info i have.

m still legally married to someone else and he refusing to file for divorce. I served him paper two years ago but signed them to late. SHOULD I tell him about the baby in hopes that he will then file for divorce. Or just let him discover my growing baby.
